i walk swim go to the gym every now and then i wish i could do ore but my health doesn't let me

I just go for walks now and then.Most of the time that I go I go for an hour or more at a time.

i am hypothyroid and have back problems,so exercise is a must for me..i hate to exercise..but i do t-tapp which is really good for my back..also do ddp yoga,tony horton 10 minute trainers,and i do a monthly challenge on fb from the sisterhood of the shrinking jeans...this month we are doing the dreaded pushups..i have no upper body strength..lol

I do push-ups, sit-ups, stationary bike, and walking.

I like to walk. Does shopping count? lol

I keep my exercises simple and best of all free! I do a lot of walking.

I do water aerobics. It feels so good and is not as taxing on my joints. Love it!

I do a lot of walking. Other exercise doesn't interest me.

I like walking and I do some sit ups, push ups, toe curls and toe raises. I've had some minor back problems and I find all of these are helpful. Also balance on one leg at a time for 1 minute each every day.

I mostly do range of motion on my legs and arms.

I like lifting small weights and riding my stationary bike.

I use my rebounder. Basically just a mini trampoline. It is the best possible exercise we can do for our health. It is the only exercise that gets to every cell in our body at the same time.

I do a lot of cardio. I love aerobics.

I do stretching and 50 counts sit ups.

An improvised version of pilates, lol...

I do a bootcamp fitness program in the park, 3 times a week at 5:30am.

My exercises mainly are stretching and I also like to ride on my exercises bike, both thing are done by me each and everyday

I try to jog 2 1/2 miles three times a week. Actually, I jog a little, then walk a little, then jog, then walk, etc. It takes me almost an hour to do it so I am not very fast, but it gets the ole ticker tickin which is the whole point of the thing.

Got my gym membership last month... Been working on cardio, shoulders, biceps, and triceps

I used to walk all the time, but I haven't done that in awhile.

I use to walk for exercise. I don't pay to go to the gym. :)

I like to take walks and swim. Not a fan of the gym.

During the summer, I go to the park to jog and take long walk. When it is getting cold I use my treadmills and I go to the gym.

I do a lot of easy at home exercises such as sit-ups, crunches and squats. I do a lot of walking too.

I like to walk and dance for fitness. I even bike ride sometimes.

not a fan of excercise :( but i know i must, may be i will start to have brisk walk.

I walk mostly but I also do sit ups and if I drag myself to the gym I usually go on the stair master.

Kickboxing, yoga, dancing, walking.

After having my son about 3 month ago, I now do everything lol gotta loose that baby weight! But everyday I at least go for 2 30 minute walks around the neighborhood and at least twice a week I go to the gym and do strength training, intense cardio, and some circuit training.

Anything that involves getting up and moving around counts as exercise for me because I can't do much of anything else anymore. I used to walk for long periods of time and long distances or play sports or skate. Standing at the sink washing dishes or vacuuming the house are more along the lines of exercise for me these days. I wish I could do things like play sports, ride a bicycle or go for a jog but since I can't I have to find other ways to at least not stay sedentary all the time.

Walking and I want to start Zumba again.

I really love Cardio.

I do tai chi about 3x times a week. But that's about it. Unless you count walking to work everyday for about 10 min a day. :)

I do jump rope once in a while, sometimes dancing, aerobics, anything I`m in the mood I`ll do it.

teach tap dancing to senior citizens one night, take dance classes on another night, do aqua Zumba on another night, usually walk in the evenings i'm not doing something else. i keep busy :)

Walk and walk.
