Title: slow or no delivery / fast delivery service

I was shopping online. 
I put in my order.
Three weeks passed.
I didn't hear from the company about my order.
I didn't receive a package with my order.
I cancelled my order.

I went to another website [OD/OM - office supplies]
I placed my order.
The order came two days later.

when ordering online it seems you never quite know when you will recieve the order i can order from one place (like you) and get it fast then another site can take forever --my daughter ordered a cell phone that said she would get it in 7 business days a month and half later she finally got it --the mail is weird !!
