I had $7.03 balance, was disqualified from a survery, received 1 cent and then when I clicked release email to referrer, my balance disappeared and was showing $0.01. What the hell happened?
-
I see you joined back in August of 2012. Was the $7.03 in your account older than 6 months? Because credits expire after 180 days. If not, I would put in a support ticket.
-
Look at you account page. It would say if those credits were denied or expired. If a large chunk disappeared at once it's more likely expired.
-
maybe you entered to get paid. when you enter to get paid your balance goes back to zero.
-
I think they expired, it seems to be a few gaps in how often you might get on since the day you joined. You only have 180 days from a completed offer to earn at least $25.00 and cash out. Ladavia is right about how you can check by going to the my account tab and look beside the offers to see what happened. I hope you figure this out and don't give up! :)

I can't imagine not making enough in 180 days to cash out! I've made so much on here that I cash out every month. It's very easy to make money here don't let it pass you by!

If the original poster had less than $25 there would be no option to get paid. I agree with everyone else, it seemed like the money expired.

Like all of the other members are saying I would say it expired, especially if the survey you tried was the first time you had been on in awhile. If not definitely send in a support ticket by clicking the Get Help button in the top right corner.
-
probably did expire sorry for your loss. Might want to keep track of what you have and how many days you've had the money on your account for and if you can setup a lil alert thing to remind you to cash out if you can at the time. This way you will know and this wont happen again

Once you credit get older than 6 months it disappear automatically :) :) :)

my brother did the same thing. he asked me what happened. after telling him about it numerous times, he lost $17.00 and change. I warned him. ::)
