Title: 5 cent blue wilderness video not crediting

None of the 2 cent ones are crediting for me either.

Tried the BLUE Wilderness one on my video page and on the Peanut Labs page. Didn't credit either time.

I'm using Firefox, and it's up to date. Flash player, too.

There is a post about these videos in offers as well as your post on support. You are among the very few who did not get credit.

Are you using safari? I have a mac and if I use safari to view videos or take offers, it does not credit about half of the time. I use chrome to watch videos and take offers.

You might try re-booting your computer and then view the videos using chrome or firefox. If you still do not get credit, try opening a support ticket and see if FC can help.

I disabled the ad block, still didn't work. Cleared cache and cookies. Nothing. I finally got them to credit after downloading Chrome and watching them from Chrome.

Post by: sfreeman8 on December 22, 2014, 09:19:07 am: i tried both Blue Wilderness videos on Chrome, FireFox, and Internet Explorer. None of those browsers worked with the videos. Peanut Labs stated the videos were opened and they would credit in 2 minutes. Since the videos didn't appear, they won't credit me, but what else is new? i don't have much luck with these sites anymore.

Ad blockers were turned off, cache, cookies and history were emptied, so that's not the problem.

Yea, I usually have to use Chrome for all of the videos...if I want credit for them, that is. :P

It has happened on quite a few videos that I have done lately. Unsure if it is something on my end (i.e. internet connection, impatience) or something with the website.
