Title: sign on bonus

Hi, I'm just curious.  I was supposed to get a sign on bonus, and the offer section for that didn't show up.  So my balance is .01 since I received text message for phone conformation.  Just wondering, if I find the "offers" section will I still get the sign on bonus or do I need to start over?
