Title: how was your new years day

we had a quiet day just relaxed cooked out sat by the pool played with the grand kids  and family hope everyone had a safe and wonderful new years

I've been doing a little of everything I want more of this year.  I don't know where I heard about doing this, but a friend posted on Facebook today that it was a Swedish Polish legend.  That works for me.  My grandpa may have been Polish.  ;)

Went out and ate food,Went to watch a movie,then did the countdown at home with family.

Just relaxed and calm, sleep early and enjoy our day off together.

Visited family, specifically our brother who is in hospice care. Even though circumstances were less than optimum, we laughed and had some fun.  It was a good day.

We just had a quiet day at home. I went running for an hour and really enjoyed that too. The air was crisp and cold but it was sunny out and very quiet. It was as if the whole town had gone out of town - few cars on the road and absolute silence in the air. Perfect day for running.

My new year's day started off in a fantastic way with a special guy.  Then it was quiet, watched TV and fixed ham, black-eyed peas and collards.

nice and relaxing. went to the beach with family, ate lunch at teddy's bigger burgers, and then went walking around waikiki for a bit before heading home.

Just like any other day, but I spent it watching Back to the Future and the second one.

hangover in the morning watched bowl games , then off to work for one day of work . now its the weekend :)

My new year's day was very peaceful. I stayed late in bed!! I ate some good foods. Basically, that was I did for new year's day.

Mine was boring as always.  I went to bed early.  I care for dogs so the holidays are always busy....

It was good... I cooked and relaxed with my best friend her kids, my kids and boyfriend... On New Years Eve I played Jenga with my kids until midnight

I had a very nice New Years day, thank you for asking.  The week prior, I made a new friend and she invited me to an open house she was having on New Years Day.  I met a lot of new people, made another new friend, and had some awesome made-from-scratch food.  After that, I came home to my dog and cat and we had cuddle time, since I had been away overnight.  Went to bed a little while after that, and other than the weather being wet and cold, 2015 is starting off quite well.

Just laid around , had a c-scope on the 29th. and for some reason it knocked me for a loop. Don't know if it was the meds they gave me or what. Never felt this bad before with one. Or if it was I  am still not up to par after all of the test that were done before. Those with radiation were really rough on me. They were checking and so far have found nothing. Except a couple of spots on the spine and hoping they are just scare tissue from an old injury. Will know on the 16th.  I, hubby, family and my church family and friends just keep praying. So far God has been good too me.
