Title: I'm religious or anything but

For my mom who's very religious what ever denomination or higher power any member has please pray for her. My mom had a mini-stroke this afternoon & in hospital right now. :(

Special prayers have gone up to the Mighty Physician for your mother.  A special prayer was said for you, too.

I am so sorry to hear about your mother.  I hope she gets better, and of course I will pray for her complete healing.

Will certainly pray for her and hope things turn out the best for her.  You don't have to be religious to ask God for his help and again I will certainly pray for her.  Update us and let us know how she is doing !

I'm sending your mom some Reiki healing energy right now.

You might find Dr Jill Bolte Taylor's book "My Stroke of Insight".  She's a brain doctor who experienced a stroke then wrote a book about her experience.

Thank you all FC members for your considerate & heartfelt responses. Mom landed in hospital January 20 with a mini-heart stroke with the entire left side of her body weakened, hanging like a lifeless jellyfish. She stayed in hospital for 3 days for tests & recovery. On January 22th she was cleared to transfer to a rehabilitation center to continue her recovery! Had a rocky start but now she's got the routine down & improving daily in her ot & pt therapy daily! :thumbsup:

Wonderful new about the update of your mom condition.  Prayers never fails,  I pray for a speedy recovery for your mom.
