Title: What kind of pizza do you like?
Post by: Nancy5 on February 06, 2015, 05:56:46 am: I love most all pizza. I eat veggie, all meats, chicken club, everything on, and even just cheese.

Other types of pizza its either pepperoni or meat lovers. That is what I LIKE, but I haven't had one bite of pizza in two years for health reasons...Booo

Post by: sherryinutah on February 07, 2015, 11:42:55 am: I have to be careful with pizza because I avoid gluten and I count my carbs so this is a recipe I used to satisfy my craving for pizza. It's actually and egg casserole.

3 Eggs
3 Tbsp. half n half or milk
vegetables like you might find on a pizza; garlic, onion, bell peppers and mushrooms
cooked bacon or canadian bacon
Cheese

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. It bakes like a casserole or omelette. Put warm Prego sauce on top when serving.

This tastes like pizza without spiking blood sugar. :heart:

I like making cheese & jalapeno, or a veggie pizza with mushrooms, black olives, tomatoes, a BLT pizza or Mexican pizza. Also have made breakfast pizzas which are good. I use a "Pizza Pizzazz" machine I got at Walmart, it bakes pizza really fast & so easy to use.

I'm not crazy about mushrooms either - wow this post is way making me hungry for pizza.

I love everything on it though...pepperoni, sausage, anchovies, onions, roasted red peppers, mushrooms.....anything really as long as it doesn't have tomatoes in/on it.

I got brave (I'm a "plain Jane" with food) and tried supreme - it's great, too! I also like beef, Italian sausage, bacon, and sometimes mushrooms. I like the thin crust and the deep dish.

My favorite pizza places are the typical ones, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa John's. Last would be Little Ceaser's.

At our local non-chain pizza restaurant we get what they call their "special" which pretty much has several different meats and all the veggies although I can live without the mushrooms. Not crazy about mushrooms.

OK, I've never actually had pizza with anchovies, but I wouldn't be opposed to trying it - I mean, it's popular for a reason right?

It was a hand tossed pizza with their white garlic sauce, with chicken & tomatoes. It was a large for $5.99, paid for courtesy of Bing, lol. Delicious & free, got to love it :)

I sam really liking the spinach ones. They are really good. I love the cheese and spinach. And throw in some artichokes. YUM! I do like the supremes, with everything. Give me sausage! BMaston12
