Is there a virus going around in your city?
Down here in Fort Myers Florida, the hospitals have been crowded.
I bought myself some plant based vitamin C from Markus Rothkranzl. I also have some sovereign silver, ginger and oregano oil on hand. I bought a biomat with amethysts. I do my utmost in protecting my health.
Stay well. The older I get, the more aggressive I am in taking care of my health.

That is good because you really have to let it run its course. vitamin c is great help.

In PA we have the flu and a stomach virus going around.

I have not heard anything around the DC, VA area but that does not mean there is not. Just heard that there is a possible case of Measles and waiting for results.

:) Wash you hands a lot and try and avoid large crowds. It just spreads easier where there are a lot of people. :)

Seems to be a lot of ppl around my town with shingles; myself included! And, I had the shingles shot last year! Of course, I shouldn't have been surprised since I had the flu shot in October and got the worst case of the flu in December. Had to miss my brother-in-laws funeral because of the flu. Thought shingles lasted only about 2 weeks but I'm nearly into my 3rd week and more blisters came out yesterday. Guess it will eventually go away but I'm tired of not being able to wear regular clothes!

I heard rumor there was something running around my area. Have no idea what, but I doubt I'll catch it.

I have been able to stay away from most of the stuff going around. I drink a mixture of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice (equal parts) and water and honey to taste. I must say, it has kept me well so far.

With the ever changing weather we are prone to getting a little sick. I'm sick now because it was 70° here in Louisiana and the temp dropped dramatically and started snowing and sleeting. Not to mention I had just ran out if vitamin c. It never fails I always get sick when I run out

The flu has been going around in our area for a while, but so far, thank God, our family hasn't caught it. The kids are just getting over colds, but I usually don't catch colds anyway.

Not much going on in WA. Just the regular cold and flu like symptoms. Nothing serious but I can tell you one thing, there are people dying every day out here. Cancer and old age it seems with a few suicides and stuff like that!

I am not aware of anything going on here in Michigan but I am sure there is something.

It's probably either the flu or the measles that's spreading around the country that I've been hearing about.

I hate hospitals scary. But I know there good to have!

I have heard that the nurses in the local hospital here rub a little neosporin or vapor rub around the edges of the nostrils, they think it helps prevent germs from getting in. WASH YOUR HANDS, WASH your hands, wash your hands, try not to touch your face when you have been out, until you wash your hands. Lysol the door knobs and surfaces at your home, phones anything you can wipe germs off of.

Really, that's how some nurses feel? That's unbelievable!

Taking care of your health proactively is good. I have not heard about a biomat. Does it help?

I just avoid sick people... I commute to my college by train, and people cough everywhere.. Including college where people get sick from wearing a t-shirt and short pants
