Are we allow to complete an offer again if it didn't never credit?

One thing I've realized is that if an offer don't credit, you can't do it again because the company already has your information such as address etc. So they will tell you you already exist. Now there was one way I was able to do the one's that I wasn't credited for again and that was because I recently moved and my address changed. Other than that I don't have any answers

No, you can only complete them once - whether or not they credit.

So what happenes if you do duplicate and you get credit for it?

Most offers that you fill out for FusionCash are tracked through the email address you used when you signed up for FusionCash. Most offers are a one time thing and one time only. You get credited from FusionCash b/c you use the same email address (how FC tracks that you actually fulfilled an offer,etc.). So most offers will tell you if you've filled it out before and won't allow you to do it again unless it states otherwise. Like, for example, "GiveUsYour2Cents" which can be done daily. Only one I've come across here that you're allowed to do more than once.
Also, some offers will not credit right away. The best way figure out offer credit wait times is to go into your ACCOUNT, under OFFER COMPLETIONS is a link in blue that reads: OFFER CLICK TRACKING. It will tell you every offer you've clicked on, if it's been approved/pending, etc.
