I am enjoying this yoga dvd i mentioned before. It looks easy to do chair yoga,

but it is not. Today is my  third day and I  feel it now, feels like I woke every body part up. I want continue doing as much as

I can so I can alleviate some chronic pain.

hot yoga is better, try a few drop in classes
