Title: Easter
Post by: sarahlee on April 01, 2015, 04:21:24 pm
What's everyone doing for Easter? I'm going to church Saturday night. I can't wait to say thank you Jesus for dying for our sins. You saved us.

Are you not the same person who started another thread asking "Does prayer work?  And does God even hear us?"  Just curious.  I don't get the going to church Saturday night.  Sunday is Easter.  And you do not have to wait until Easter Sunday to thank Jesus for dying for your sins.  That is something you should be thankful for every day.

We have family coming over on Sunday.  First time ever, we're going to be grilling out instead of cooking a full meal.

Church, relaxing, watching basketball, should be a relatively calm weekend, celebrating the Resurrection!

On Easter I spend my day relaxing.  I give thanks to the Lord every day through out the day.  You can't say thanks on just Easter it should be everyday.
