Try to lay diwn and put your feet above your heart,  hopefully thst will, in time, refuce the swelling.  If it continues I would seriously go to the doctor.

None of those helped if you don't go and see your primary doctor. Dr. will either prescribed a medication or send you to a specialist that can find out what is causing it. While it may be at an early stage, you might want to get that taken care before it gets too serious. I have gout on my joints and the best remedy for me is drinking a lot of water and doing water exercises.

I've had problems with my legs at certain times too.  I think it's a blockage that allows fluid to accumulate.  I'm using Omega 3 (Salmon oil capsules) as a blood thinner and I also increased my vitamin C to 5000 mg. per day to clear toxins.  Good luck with whatever you decide. :)

This may be more of a question to be answered by a qualified physician in case it is something above and beyond what some of these posts are trying to help you with. I wouldn't take any chances. I had a swollen calf after getting a cast off that had been on my leg for over eight weeks. After getting an ultra sound a deep, veinous thrombosis was discovered (clot) that took two years to shrink using warfarin-Coumadin. I had a friend who's calves swelled until he spoke to a doctor and changed his diet due to diabetes. I sit at a desk for ten to twelve hours and then come home and sit in my home office for six or seven hours.  This usually results in swollen calves and is alleviated by going to bed and elevating my feet.

Glad to see in below posts that you are doing better.  I am struggling with Afib, swollen feet, irregular heartbeat and getting pretty tired of all of it.  Have a hard time getting around and short of breath.  Going to dr but so far not having much help - gonna keep trying though.  Again, so glad you seem to be doing better ! Take care !

If you are on BP meds check to see if that is a side affect. I was taking procardia for over a year and stayed swollen the whole time. It went away as soon as I stopped taking it.

I fell down a while back and was having problems with swelling in my legs.  It sound funny but I swabbed Witch Hazel on the knee and the swollen areas and felt almost instant relief.  This may help you fr the short term, but like everyone else says, GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR.  Hope you are feeling well soon.  Taking care of the little ones can really give you a run for your money.

Try wearing some support hosiery - especially if you are on your feet most of the day and when you finally get to rest be sure to put your legs up!  Feel better!!

I started taking a natural whole food supplement that has done absolute wonders for my health and it is a great anti-inflammatory and pain reliever.  I don't think they want me mentioning stuff like that on here, so if you are interested in hearing more about it then send me an email.   brandonltanner84@gmail.com
