Title: i am frustaed

i got a really bad sinus infection can not breathe on the right side and the left side just keeps running i sure hope it goes away fast

I am sorry to hear about your sinus infection. I have had that happen to me and it is not fun at all. I hope you get better soon. Drink tea with lemon and honey it will help you. As for me what frustrates me is that I got a hospital bill that says I must pay $190 for my babys blood drawn and bilirubin treatment while my stay in the hospital. I told them she has insurance and if they need her insurance card, they told me no need and that her card was on file with them, now they send me the bill? I am frustrated and going to the hospital right now to get this resolved.

Infections don't go away by themselves.  If that's what it really is, you'll need antibiotics.  I hope you feel better soon!

when *bleep* we try to either eat vinegar type food items or drink vinegar and honey if we are worse than that we use the neti pot and nose drops if that doesnt get it then we finally go to the dor

I've never had a sinus infection before, but I have had some pretty nasty head colds that made me feel lousy. Just try to rest, drink lots of clear fluids, check with your local pharmacy to see what over-the-counter relief you can take, and if it doesn't clear up soon, see your doctor. Hope you feel better!

Hope you do feel better, spring is here, all kind of allergy and sinus are here too. Check with over the counter medication first, if not help, you may need to see your doctor.

I have had many sinus infections in my lifetime.  You need to go to a doctor and get antibiotics.

My sinuses are bothering me to and I have a sore throat. It is really going atound,  a lot of people
are having the same issue, especially at my job and home.  👃👃
