Title: Do You Do Community Service?

I just got into doing community service helping at a children's youth center and it is a blast!!  It is centered around a religious message, but they also make meals for the kids as well as have tons of sports and activities.  Giving back and working in my community is something I plan on doing in the future for sure!  What kind of service have you done? :)

I have in the past. When I was younger my mom and I often volunteered at a church ministry. It was very nice and feels good to help others.

I was (and still am) always interested in participating in community service. Unfortunately, my job never affords me the time to do so. Personally, I would love to work with our local SPCA and Habitat for Humanity. :-)

the ministry where i work has volunteers that help run the place and we are so blessed to have them we also have community service people but they are court appointed and have to do hours to pay their fees with the court --i like that --they get to see the good that is done through the ministry and help out --we change lives !!

I help when i can by giving to the food bank or doing things online I find I have limited time and resources to help as much as I would like.

I did volunteer at community preschool, it was fun working with the kids.

I at one time volunteered at the united way, MADD, some work at a performing arts club and do some church. Once the doctors release me I am going to be doing some at the ministry of hope here in town, the rest was when I lived out of town. Oh yeah did a lot of work with the battered womens in another town.

Yes.
I used to do so much more than I do now, but I like to give back as much as I am able.

I volunteer at a nursing home and am going to start at a animal rescue organization.

I volunteered in preschool class and cleaned up children's playground. I'm glad I did it. It's a kind of experience, that is useful for resume, when applying for a school jobs.
