I did not eat breakfast today. I have been pretty bad with that.
It is suppose to be the most important meal of the day.

i don't eat breakfast either --i just have a hard time eating that early i usually eat about 2 or 3 and call it breakfast -lunch and supper !

I had some Yoplait lite yogurt, cherry flavored, mixed with a bit of granola cereal.

My breakfast was boring. For breakfast, I have oatmeal every morning.

I usually don't have time for breakfast but when I do... I eat oatmeal, turkey sausage, and a bowl of cereal.

Eggs, toast, a bit of juice. I NEED to have breakfast especially on work days.

I almost always eat an egg and toast once a week i'll have bacon.Coffee ofcource if i have pancakes its unusual they are much more heavy on th e stomach love eggs for breakfast but with them being 5.79 a dozen i almost fell over seeing that price i'll have to eat more oatmeal maybe.

I had some high fiber oatmeal added cinnamon and plain greek yogurt. most of the time I add fruit like blueberries or raspberries but I was running late today.

I normally don't have this for breakfast, but we went out to a diner this morning. I had coffee, two eggs, bacon, hash fries, and toast.

Protein Shake I made, strawberries, blueberries, banana and pineapple......Sooo yummy

Sadly, I only managed to get something quick from the Burger King drive-thru: Hashbrowns and orange juice.

Toasted English Muffin with butter and strawberry jam and of course, a big cup of coffee.

I had a strawberry smoothie.

This morning I had frosted shredded mini wheat

Today I had scrambled eggs (one whole egg and one egg white) with some broken up pieces of low-salt american cheese on a toasted whole wheat roll and of course, my coffee!!!

This morning I had a Jimmy Dean Sausage wrapped with pancake on a stick.

I ate chicken for breakfast only bcuz all I had to do was warm it up

Most often I skip breakfast too.
Today, though, I had one poptart cuz the grandkids had some here. It's been a long time since I've had one of those.....it was yummy1

This morning woke up at 5am and made my husband a ham and cheese omelet and toast to fuel up for his 84 mile bicycle ride today.
I crawled back in to bed after that, and when I woke again, I made myself some toast with peanut butter and banana on top. I didn't feel like cooking eggs again.

1/2 of a bagel with butter and honey on it, a few roasted pumpkin seeds, a half of a banana and a small cup of coffee with hazelnut creamer.

This morning I went all out. Home made French Toast, Turkey bacon, Southern Omelette and seasoned hash browns on the side with ketchup... Folger's coffee for drive nk, sugar only no cream. Yeeha! Saturday funday! Time to watch Golf now...

I had a hamburger that they usually serve for lunch but they serve it all day now at jack in the box

i had a egg white protein shake with peanut butter...would love to have whey protein but i am allergic so i have to stick with egg white

Greek yogurt and a "weak" coffee with half & half. (On a ulcer diet or it would have been a much more interesting breakfast....lol)

I didn't eat any breakfast this morning. By the time I got to it, it was time to eat lunch. I did have a glass of water though.

This morning I had a small bowl of honey bunches of oats with almonds. I was eating frosted mini-wheats most morning but just recently switched. I love a big breakfast but we hardly ever have one.

Getting ready to eat now - go to bed late so I eat breakfast late - am going to eat a bran muffin my son just made, 1/2 banana and a few roasted pumpkin seeds.

I just had a bowl of cereal in milk and a couple cups of coffee. I like to have hearty breakfasts that include eggs, bacon and English mufflins slathered with butter and raspberry preserves, but I rarely make the time to make such a breakfast.

Cup of steaming hot coffee with hazelnut creamer and homemade oatmeal walnut cookies. Oh my gosh - the best breakfast ever ! So yummy !

I had 2 bowls of Cheerios.

I try to eat breakfast every day because it helps with digestion. This morning all I had was a bowl of Cheerios with milk and a couple cups of coffee with half and half. But at least its something to get the digestive juices flowing.

This morning I had some strawberry oatmeal and water.
I wanted eggs, but I didn't want to cook them, so oatmeal it was!
That is sooo me! I hate the cooking so I just eat what is handy.

Banana dipped in a small handful of roasted pumpkin seeds and homemade bran muffins with fresh raspberries mixed in the batter and a steaming hot cup of coffee with hazelnut creamer. Yum yum.

scrambled eggs with turkey smothered with cheese and avocado on the side. Along with french toast smothered in cornflakes along side some orange juice.

A bowl of honey nut cheerios, poured some soy milk into my cheerios, a small tangerine on the side, and half glass of orange juice. No more meals till Dinner. :)

No, I didn't and now I am really, really,really hungry! I usually do eat breakfast. For a long time it was touted as the most important meal of the day and now they are saying maybe this isn't so. All I know is that I feel better, sharper and have more energy if I eat breakfast. The only problem is that once I start eating, my stomach wants lunch and dinner with a couple of snacks thrown in.

I love breakfast food. I have not eaten breakfast yet today, getting ready too after this post actually. My husband made bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches.

Today I had a dunkin' donuts sesame seed bagel with cream cheese, an over ripe banana (kind of yucky but I need the potassium) and a few pumpkin seeds. A cup of hot coffee with hazelnut creamer.

We went out for breakfast, a little cafe a few miles away that has a pretty good breakfast bar. They also griddle pancakes. Yum.

This is a fun thread. I actually enjoy reading what people have eaten for breakfast. I'm impressed with how many people had healthy choices. Today I had a fresh peach, cut up into a bowl of Cheerios with almond milk. I am sad that I'm working through my last batch of fresh peaches for the year. Store bought peaches will never compare!

Hello everyone, this morning I ate blueberry cream of wheat with scramble eggs and a toast and orange juice. Then I had a good white chocolate mocha with whip cream...yammy start.

I normally don't eat breakfast sometime not lunch either, not that i am dieting, but sometimes just so busy i forget to eat and don't realize until later in the evening hours of the day

today i had lucky charms still a favorite of mine for my childhood. a good bowl of cereal is usually what i eat but sometime i actually take the time to cook.

Right after my workout this morning I had a piece of toast. Later I had a bowl of oatmeal and some yogurt.

Oatmeal with raisins, got an ice coffee from the McDonalds drive thru. They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I am a light eater so sometimes I just force myself to have something; but it's usually something very light and more on the healthy side.

I usually have something quick for breakfast like a bowl of Cheerios in milk and a couple cups of coffee. It is enough to get the digestive juices going for the day and helps with digestion, but doesn't take a lot of thought or time.

I have a chocolate/strawberry smoothie this AM. I usually change up when eating breakfast.

When it's seven o clock in the morning, I don't always have time for breakfast. So I just rush to get dressed and pick up something on the way, usually McDonald's are always an option.

Scramble eggs, and bits of bacon on toast with a glass of orange juice. I normally don't eat breakfast, I start my day with a little bit of lunch and eat a well balanced dinner. :)

For breakfast, I had punpkin soup and patty. I like to eat pumpkin soup in the morning. Sometimes I add cayenne pepper in my soup.

I went to McDonald's this morning and had pancakes. Normally, I don't go eat out for breakfast but this morning I felt like doing something different and the pancakes were delicious.
