is useful if you want to delete something on your PC and are blocked [ need admin. permission].
It is faster than going through several steps or working in Safe Mode.

I never had the problem of having a locked folder access.. Even when I couldn't uninstall a program/file... I usually just delete the whole folder in program files list (if it's tied to a process, I can end the process in the Task manager). Or the one time I gave myself permission to access to read/write/view the file in properties. But never has permission issue since I am the only one using the computer

I only know Fileassassin from Malwarebytes.. It basically terminates the folder's process and allows it to be deleted by the user. Which is the same functionality of Unlocker

You are very misleading!  Don't just put down words and go off on tangents.  That's like me saying, Pizza, and then telling you about pizza delivery, I would say Pizza delivery in the subject geez ::)
