Title: Do You Use traffic exchanges?

I was wondering if anyone has had success with traffic exchanges?  It seems like they are a waste of time to me....I mean, you can click forever and get no signups with them.

These are really to be used to get your website's google page rank up(if you're using the click option).

I don't think they're nearly as useful as they used to be.  It's all about your approach.  You can't submit a full website or blog into the traffic exchange and expect returns.  A great, one page sales pitch that brings people in immediately and directs them to more information is the way to go.

I have had a few sign ups from traffic exchanges.  I don't do them nearly as much as I used to.
