Title: October 5, National Apple Betty Day!

Goodness, I love apple betty. Do you have a special topping for this treat? Do you like it very sweet or tart? Do you know how to make it one apple at a time? Whip cream or ice cream with it? Do you like as a bread pudding, not me I like it with apples, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and with a little flour.  I think you can put basil in the recipe, going to try that. I haven't had Apple Betty in years and don't think I ever made it but I do really like it.  I also haven't had bread pudding in years but I also like it.  I have been planning on making some for quite awhile but haven't gotten around to it.
