Title: Verify Account?

Hello all!

I realize there have been other threads regarding this topic, but most I clicked warned me that it was an old thread, so I decided to make a new one..hopefully that is ok.

Im having an issue verifying by phone {prepaid} so I decided I would just do the FAX route..however I realized that the address on my DL isn't the address I am at now. {I moved alot}

Everything else {even my prepaid cell} is in my name..been with the same company for years..Paypal I have been with for over 10 yrs..and actually the address I am at now is the one I was raised at...yup I am back home taking care of my mom..

So how do I go about getting my account completely verified please?

That is a good question.  I would contact the Support staff and ask.

Welcome to FC. I have been with them for several years and love the site. :wave: :wave:

Over the years, other members have posted complicated problems about getting verified or paid. Most of us members have never encountered such problems. As the previous member posted, this is a matter for administration and you need to open a support ticket. I am certain FC will work with you on your problem. This is a reputable and legit site.

How did you make out? Any response from FC support staff? I would like to know if your problem was resolved.
