Yes I know that there are a few topics already started on this one but I never saw this answer in any of them.
I was on the site last night and I fund something that I wanted so I bid on it. Well I won it a couple hours later but when I went to pay for it my computer froze up and I had to reboot :angry7:.
Can I go back to the site through FC and now pay for it and still get credit or will that not work??? :dontknow:
By the way I never closed the original window during the time of the auction which was like 4 hours!!

As soon as you pay for your purchase it will credit here at FC. You should get an email from bidz.com confirming your win & payment options. Hope this helps as I cannot get anymore detailed than this or I'll get banned for a walkthrough. Best of luck to you! :thumbsup:

i had the same question before, and was told that if you didnt clear your cookies between the time signed up and winning the bid you should be fine, but if you did, just click on the link through FC and sign up again and then place your bid, hope that answers your question.

I returned to pay for the item a day later and I got credited as soon as I payed for it .. the item I bought got here fast too!
