Are you the highly energetic type of person or are you a low energy, just going about
the day type of person.
I use to be higly energetic, but since my health has changed, I am now low energy. I am working
on improving that though.
How are you?

For me it basically depends on how much sleep I got the night before and how my life is going. If things are good and I'm not overly tired, I have more pep and feel ready to go! When things aren't so great which is usually the case, I drag my feet through the day and I day dream of nicer times and a tranquil place. I wish you luck on getting better! Stay focused, eat right, exercise and surround yourself with those you love, I believe are some keys to success.

My age and health have slowed everything down. With my memory I tend to forget more

I'm a low energy person, that's why I recently bought some iron supplements because I think I maybe deficient. :(

I am high energy person, always motivating myself to be positive so that am always happy and energetic.

After you hit 40, you no longer has that much energy left. I have to use the gym to get some strength.

i am a very low energy type of person --with my ms i only have one speed and thats turtle! i am thankful tho that i can still move and walk-- i know the day is coming but i keep moving even if it is slow

I'm kind of in the middle. It also depends on how much sleep I get. I am definitely a morning person and more things done then.

I'm a low energy person. Occasionally I get some energy and that changes. But I have something that leaves me chronically fatigued so it's a problem.

Used to be high, but since I am almost 50, I am slowing quickly, arthritis sure isn't helping too much.

i used to be but since i got the tumor in my brain i do not have a whole of energy between the chemo and the side affects i mostly sit on the couch and rest

I use to be a high energy person. I walked 2 miles every day and bowled on a team once a week. Now I have arthritis in both knees and have a difficult time walking.

I am usually a low energy person. However, after eating healthier and losing thirty pounds I have been successfully having more energy. About a year ago, I struggled just to get out of bed because I never had any energy.

Try to be a high energy person...because you can always slow down.

It really depends on my mood
Some times I am so high energy I get on my own nerves and some times I just want to be left alone

I'm a pretty low energy type of person.
I just go about my business and take care of my daily routine.

I am a high energy person that likes to stay busy and productive as much as possible.

It depends on what part of the day it is. I'm very full of energy in the mornings but tend to kick in to low gear in the evenings.

I must be a low person energy person because I don't do much senes I move home after my wife died two year a go.

My hubby is a low energy manna~ type guy and I am a yesterday type person. Sometimes we don't mesh and it does make life hard around here. But that is the way it goes. Things may get done and then again maybe not. One time he wanted me to make a list of things he needed to get done, well I did and put it on the icebox. Huh he might or might not read it and the way things got done was if I did them and crossed it off.

I try to stay high energy but some days...I just don't feel it.

I am high energy. I am a daytime person as well.

High energy but have chronic pain condition/chronic fatigue so some days I get so much done & then can't get out of bed for a few days (or a week).
I make plans but many times no energy to do them.
It's a constant struggle trying to "pace myself" on good days and then feeling badly because I got NOTHING I planned done on the bad days.
Things could always be worse...I'm grateful they're not.

Both. As long as I have a good nights sleep I'm high energy and get a ton done. As well as have a positive outlook on just about everything. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle really help. When I'm feeling sluggish it's usually because I've not taken care of something right. ie: to much sugar, not enough sleeep--- too much caffeine. Even digestion leads to high vs. low energy.

I typically am a high energy person.
I usually pop out of bed and start the day with energy and stay energized all day.

I might be a low energy person because I like to relax.

I think I'm more of a medium energy type of person. But if something needs to get done I really put my all into it, like when I have company over.

For me I think it is low, because even though I have enough sleep or not I still feel so tire.

I'm 34 and I have a ton of energy. :)

low low low. I am introvert and I'm depressed most of the time. so my energy is low low low.

Typically I am a low energy person, but not in a lethargic kind of way...
I'm more introverted and like calmer activities, but I can amp up and be sociable and high energy when the situation calls for it.
