I love to go in kitchen and cook

By living my life for our Father in Heaven, reading the Bible and renewing my mind daily to line up to the Word of God!!

Favorite ways to de-stress: take a nap listening to my cat purr (very healing), listening to relaxation music, epsom salt bath, browsing on Pinterest, working on a hobby (or craft project), etc. It's also very helpful to do something different each week to avoid getting stuck in a "rut" .

I like to sit in my recliner and watch rtv. Forget about what is bothering you.

I deal with stress differently depending on the situation. I pray, do yoga or exercise, watch a funny TV show/movie/online video, create a To Do List (sounds silly but sometimes when I'm overwhelmed simply creating a list brings back focus), or get outside for a walk with the dogs.

Walking helps me with stress.

Do some exercise, burn incense when I go to sleep.

Eating, haha. Not a healthy habit because my foods to destress with are cookies and chocolate. Also, watching TV, or reading a good book (just finished Frog Music by Emma Donoghue; in love with it), or going out somewhere. :star:

I like to cut trees down when I'm stressed. That will make you forget about it.

Some sort of aerobic exercise. It's my coping with stress mechanism.

Listening to music always calms me down. Classical and Christian are some of my favorite kinds of music.

Music, watch a favorite movie/episode of a TV show I like, or maybe pop in a Leslie Sansone DVD. Her workouts cheer me up.

Listening to relaxing music on UTube. "Easy Listening" music is my favorite.

I relieve stress by not listening to fools. I relax by reading.
