Title: FC Survey: Consumer Survey

I did this whole survey about drug stores and other stores and my shopping habits, oddly enough at the end they asked for my name and other info. They said if I gave my Rite Aid Wellness card number, Rite Aid would add $3 to my account. I haven't checked to see if they did, but I was never paid the .70 for doing the survey! Has anyone else done this one? Or had the same experience?

I just checked my account and Rite Aid didn't add the $3 promised.

Sounds promising for Rite-Aid to add $3 to your FC account for your successful completion. Never had a survey like this.
