I never make one anymore because I never keep them, so now I just take it day by day :)

I usually don't make them but this year I am going to try and exercise. We should all report back at the end of January and see how we are doing.

I don't make New Year's resolutions, but I do have goals throughout the year that I set for myself.

I've decided to keep my New Years resolution simple. I just want a healthy, safe new year. Every year I make the lose weight and go to the gym resolution, but last year I made that resolution for 2015 and I can happily say that I stuck to exercising and losing weight. So this year is just simple, just to be healthy and happy for the upcoming year.

The last New Year's resolution I made was sometime back in the late 70's.I don't remember the exact year,it was so long ago. That year I resolved to never make another New Year's resolution.I have kept that resolution ever since.

I don't make any resolutions anymore except,  to "just keep breathing".  That's tough enough...

Absolutely.  And I am real serious about this.  I must drop 15 - 20 pounds by spring.  Weight is getting ridiculous and now I figure I am 30% over my fighting weight.  Plus when I gain weight the whole family does so it must be all the cakes and bread and stuff.

If I lose 100 lbs. That will be a miracle and not a resolution for the new year. LOL But I will try and see what happens aww just thinking about makes me faint.

I am making my new years resolution to take my problems head on as opposed to pushing them to the back burner.  Wish me luck!

I've decided not to have any new years resolution and just let the year be.  Bring all the good and bad in stores for me
