I exercised a few times, but not consistanty. I like walking at the mall early in the morning
when it is nice and peaceful, but i have not done that in awhile.

I did exercise 3-5 days a week in 2015 but am aiming for more in 2016. I am going to try to run at least 10 miles every week in 2016. Sometimes bad weather makes that goal an impossible one, but it works for most of the year.

Did not exercise consistently in 2015. Now that my husband and I are both retired we are going to start hiking at least 3-4 times a week. There are some great hiking spots where we live so we have no excuse. We have plenty of time.

In good weather I walk 5 days a week at the State Park. When the snow falls, I go to the gym and do the treadmill, bike, a some weights. But I can't make myself go 5 days, maybe only 3 or 4.

i did...i walked and did home exercises...lost about 50 lbs...still more to go

Unfortunately, I was inconsistent with my exercising regimen in 2015. I hope to change that in 2016. With the crappy winter weather we have been experiencing in Upstate New York, running outside is NOT an option. And I am reluctant to travel unnecessarily to the local community gym (due to the slick wintery roads). Therefore, I have resigned to doing exercise videos on YouTube and watching Biggest Loser-related DVDs.

Still keeping the same exercise schedule I had in 2014. 3-4 days a week cardio biking and lifting weights

Hello I did exercise consistently in 2015. I plan to exercise consistently in 2016 as well.
I exercise on average 6 days a week every week. I exercise at least for an hour.
So yeah I'm pretty in shape. I really want to keep my weight down.
I must be consistent or I'll put back on all the weight.
What is important is I do it for myself.
Love the body your in.

Nope that is just not my thing not planning on doing it in 2016 either.

I did at the start of the year but i slowly got bogged down with work and school that i didnt follow through after about september

No I did not, but I started doing it on 2016!!!

I take long walks and do some basic stretch and bend exercises every day. I am 72, and still vigorous for my age.
I have fibro, but the exercise is great cardio and that helps my fibro. it is worth it.

Yes. I exercise on a regular basis every week. So far in 2016, though, I have not been exercising, too cold to run & now it's rainy... excuses, I already feel my muscles turning to fat. :D

I must admit I wasn't as diligent as I should have been so I think I need to get back to the gym and start again.

No, not like I should have. I am going to try to do better this year. I have to get in good shape before my Hawaii trip in June. We do a lot of walking and hiking in the volcano fields as well as hitting the beaches!

I didn't do much last year, but this year I started and I am making progress. Slowly, but surely.

I did not exercise nearly as much as I wanted to but managed to hit, and exceed, every other goal that I set. I always put my needs last which is a little sad. This year, so far, seems to be going in the same direction although I have managed to get two weight workouts/two cardiovascular work outs in so far. I have been maintain a better diet and I have resolved to only hit the cafeteria once per month and I have not spent a cent there yet. I only have four posts in so far and I always try to have them done by the tenth but my night time project has been crazy for the last two weeks. I also try to get five videos per day done with fusion cash but something has been a little jazzed up in the video department.

I was pretty consistent for the first half of the year but then I started having less time for myself . I'm trying to do better this year and have more specific goals to meet this year

Once in a while no consistency maybe when im retired I can do it regular basis.

Yes surprisingly I did exercise almost 4-5 days a week in 2015 with maybe a 3 week break here and there just to give my body time to heal and rest. I'm hoping to work out like this in 2016 as well. I'm trying to do a fitness model competition this year.

Uh, no. I started though! Now we apparently are in the rainy season and I have had a slow 2016 start! UGH!!!

For the most part I did, except when I had to travel for work. I participate in a sport so working out is a bit mandatory if I want to get better at it - is a fun incentive to stay focused.

Just started up again a week ago! Better late than never! lol ... starting with easy aerobics/cardio 5 times a week for 15 mins. This week I will add in the weights and up the time to 20 mins a day x 5 days a week. Gotta start some where! :)

Its hard for me to do much, doing the dishes and cooking dinner puts me on crutches. I wish I could run like I used to. I loved to exercise.

Nope, I didn't really exercise that much in 2015. I just started a workout regimen this week...I had a mini setback though. I drank two cans of pop today.

I exercised a lot in 2015 but so far I feel like I am slacking this year. Need to get back into the habit.

I did exercise a few times with my Wii Dance videos, but not very often because I arthritis in both knees and it hurts if I try to exercise too much.

I exercised five days a week; sometimes 6 days a week. I intend to do the same thing for 2016.
