I, usually, use chrome when viewing videos and like most members, some have been crediting while others have not. I have been reading posts where some members are saying they have been doing ok with firefox. I tried firefox this morning and all my videos did credit. So, you might try firefox with videos.

Thanks for the heads up! It does get annoying when I'm in a hurry and can't seem to get at least my 5 cents, i usually come back later during the day to do surveys but like to get that first 5 cents out of the way 😆 Thanks again!

All my videos credited this morning....finally...and I was using Chrome since FireFox won't load FC. It keeps telling me I've timed out and I need to log back in, but even doing that, FireFox still tells me I timed out. So, I can't use it.

I don't think it's the browsers kids, I have tried both Firefox and Chrome), different times of day and it is just hit and miss. One will credit once then not again (the ones that supposedly can be done multiple times a day). I do know that I am tiring of FusionCash, a once decent way to make a few extra bucks. I sent a message to them and the response was basically, too bad we don't get paid either. ::) C'est la guerre, non? :peace:

I use Firefox for most everything on Fusion Cash. I really just think it's a hit or miss kind of thing with these videos because sometimes they credit and other times, they don't.

I'm using chrome and the videos are crediting. They do not credit on my laptop while using chrome or safari though. It really does seem to just be hit or miss if they credit...

There definantly seems to be a glitch after the New Year, in video's crediting here at FC. For me there is certain parts of the day where video's never credit, no matter which browser I'm on. Though the long slide shows seem to credit anytime. I have said this before Ya'll, after 11 p.m. CST, video's work GREAT for me. I can usually pick up 30 cents or more then. There are even a few really good HyprMx, like 1 click and 60 seconds. The 60 second Carousel's credit right away then also.

I do most of my online work on Chrome. In the last couple of months though I have been using FireFox for the FC video's. It does seem to work better.

I tend to agree. Although different browsers seem to be a better fit for certain activities, this situation with the videos was a situation on Firefox and Safari, the two browsers I use.
Perhaps the glitches, if that is what is going on, are starting to be cleared up.

I normally use chrome or Firefox and it just depends on the Videos, if it is Crediting on that particular day.

the bad thing about firefox is that the videos crash in the middle and I do not get credit, that is why I went to Google

I tried both browsers also and Chrome still seems to be the best for me I haven't tried IE at all wondering if anyone else has?

Good advice thank you

Yep I have tried it. Normally use FF but I will try IE when something doesn't want to work, but no luck on this. I only very rarely try Chrome on this stuff as I try to keep that browser clean to use for important stuff(ie involving bank or cc info).

Thanks for the info.I tried Firefox when watching my videos tonight and they all credited.

I started using firefox for the videos and was starting to get credit for them.

I have used Firefox as my default browser for a long time. Generally it doesn't give me any problems with the videos. With this new years though, I have been having issues with videos crediting using Firefox. I have installed Windows 10 recently though, and it seems that Microsoft Edge (IE's replacement) seems to be working and granting credit on the videos.

I've been using Firefox today and the videos have been crediting. I've been suspecting that maybe the time of day has something to do with whether or not they credit, like maybe if they have already reached their quota. I have seemed to have more videos credit for me when I watch them earlier in the day. Has anyone else noticed this?
