Did anyone watch the ceremony? If so, thoughts?

And then, thoughts on the actual awards?

I did not actually watch the Grammy's last night. But I did watch the highlights of it a few minutes ago. Man, what an event! Lady Gaga was simply entertaining and flawless, as always. Absolutely loved her touching tribute to David Bowie. Never heard of Kendrick Lamar until the Grammy's. He had a significant bit of spotlight put on him prior to the Grammy's because of his debut album/song. Between him and Beyoncé, a pretty controversial figure. I hate how they use events such as this to promote their personal messages of racism and politics. Ugh!

I tuned in to watch the Hamilton Cast perform and they exceeded my expectations. I haven't seen it live on Broadway but would love to and last night gave me a glimpse into it. Loved every second.

I also caught recaps of Lady Gaga's tribute to David Bowie and Taylor Swift's acceptance speech.  :)

Kendrick Lamar 5 Grammy's out of 11 Grammy's :) Taylor Swift! glad she won Album of the year. 1989 was the album of the year. But why is Megan Trainor Best New Artist when she's been out since 2014? Record of The Year was rigged because Bruno Mars yelled out Beyonce's name when she said "Uptown Funk" Overall is was a great show!

I didn't watch the show, I never do. I did hear David Bowie's son wasn't a fan on the performance. Just from hearing from some people they thought it would've been better if she just did 1 or 2 songs.

I never liked the Grammy's. I really think all the music is poser music. I think from what I hear about it. it is just getting worse and worse every year. >:(

I'm glad Taylor won AOTY too. I can't wait til next year when Adele wins a bunch if then.
