I like broccoli, cauliflower and raw carrots, but I do not eat them often. I really need to improve my intake of vegetables.

Yes I like fresh and frozen vegetables that are good for me and only a certain kind I will eat. The only vegetable that I never really liked was squash.

I like veggies like most people I do have to eat more of them.
I like broccoli spinach, peas , corn, beets, green beans I am trying to like cauliflower more. I am not crazy about lima beans or carrots. :rainbow: :rose: :wave:

I do like veggies, I tend to eat them more raw then I do cooked

I'm not a vegetable person - but I'm learning to be. :P
Now, I'm juicing with my Ninja rather than just letting it sit on the counter collecting dust. I do the green smoothie (spinach, kale, cucumber, and green apple). It's the only way I'll ever consume that amount of vegetables consistently on a daily basis.
I'm eating more spinach salads vs just eating a regular lettuce salad. Vegetables are a work in progress for me. ;)

I love my veggies! Lol. Especially broccoli, green beans, squash and zucchini.

I like all kind of veggies. I don't eat meat a lot, just give me veggies it would be find.

O ya vegetables are awesome better then fruit.

The best meal of the day is vegetables. Broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots are my favorite.

I love eating vegetables, born and grow up in Asia . We always eat healthy and my mom every time we eat have always veggies in the table.

I think I like all veggies, I think about what I eat and ask myself is this good for my body or not......this helps me to choose veggies, fruits and protein.

I love Brussels Sprouts, if you buy the fresh ones not the frozen ones, they are really big.......I cut in half put olive oil on them and grill them.....So yummy!!
Or you bake them, boiled them and add cheese to them!! :heart:

The older I get the more I like them, all of them pretty much I like now. Not so much when I was a kid but now I am near 40 so I do.

I don't like any veggies. But, I do eat them. I found out that eating raw veggies really aren't that good for you either.

I like vegetables. I love eating vegetables but there are some I don't care for such as asparagus and cauliflower.
I could easily be a vegetarian, but i like variety so I need a little meat, fish or poultry every now and then.

Ever since I found out how healthy vegetables are for us, I eat them three to four times a week.

I like veggies. It seems the older I get my body starts letting me know I need to eat more of them. I really like learning new ways of cooking them. A friend of mine (an experienced chef) brought Brusselsprouts to a study we're doing. I mimicked her dish for my family and was shocked. 3 out of 5 of us enjoyed the heck out of them. Here's what ya do.
Cut bacon up and cook it in a pan atop a stove. As it's starting to crisp up add your BS's. Continue flipping and stirring up until a. you're bacon is the consistency you like and b. The sprouts start browning from the bacon grease. Extra crunchy bacon really flavors the BS's nicely.

I grow broccoli, beans, tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, and eggplant. We also have red cabbage and peppers (of all colors). I love carrots too, just have not grown them yet.
I found a great recipe last year for yellow squash muffins (saw someone posted here they don't like yellow squash), and they are delicately sweet, and delicious.
I am obviously yearning for the spring to start planting again. I am using up veggies from my freezer, and love that I have all organic seeds and don't have to worry about all the chemicals and gmo's etc.
Only negative thing, is I have used up most of my broccoli, and only have a small bag left. Needless to say, broccoli is my favorite. :)
It's in the 40's today. Just a hint of spring in Wisconsin. Spring fever setting in.

Yes. I like most veggies except for zucchini. I will eat it rarely but it's not my favorite.

I love chicken and fish but every now and then it feel like broccoli and certain types of vegetables was made just for me.

I like corn spinach sweet potatoes tomatoes etc. I like when I get a sub at subway as I can get a lot of vegetables at the same time

Eat lots of kale. The stuff is a superfood beyond belief. It's not exactly a pizza... but if you mix it with the right stuff it's great.

I love vegtables. We always grow a small garden so we can have fresh tomatoes and potatoes in the summer. I like cabbage, brussel sprouts and corn also.

Oh I do love sweet potatoes, that's the healthiest dessert you can have.

I like many vegetables just fine but for some reason I do not reach for them as often as I should. My Bad! If I did, I could probably take off this ten pounds that I need to.

Vegetables are the best. Extremely healthy. I always try to incorporate some into my meals

I like most vegetables like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, peppers, onions, beets, corn, lettuce, kale, spinach, etc. I'm not crazy about artichokes but will eat them if they are baked with oil drizzled on them. Not crazy about Brussel sprouts either.

Yes, I love vegetables almost any kind, I make sure to eat them every day.Sometimes, I just stir fry and that is my dinner just a plate of vegetables!!!

Not really. And if I do I don't particularly like them fixed healthy. I have lost some weight and am trying to loose a little more. SO I am trying really hard to eat more veggies. And sadly, my mom has informed me that mac and cheese is not a vegetable. LOL

I'm just like you. I like very few vegetables.

I love vegetables but the problem is I don't cook but one time a week. I prep and my son cooks because I can't stand for long. I do eat fruit every day and we try to eat vegetables the day we cook and some other days we eat salad with pizza or other meals.

:) For the most part, yes. My wife has slowly brought me around to eating more vegetables. :)

I like watermelon and sweet potatoes. I wish I liked spinach since it's considered a super food.

My favourites are creamstyle corn, peas, zucchini, potatoes, spinach, peppers, and yellow squash. But I also like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, regular corn. I make sure to serve at least one type of vegetable every night.

I like most vegetables, but not on their own. I like them with a mix of grains or meat, so everything comes together for the best flavor. Okra is usually not one I like though, unless it's fried, which I feel might cancel out some of its nutritional value, so I typically stay away from it.

I'm getting better, and my hubby has been juicing them to get more in. I need to start with his routine more. Love carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and cucumbers!

I like lots of vegetables. Cauliflower is probably one of my least favorite, but I do like most other vegetables. Don't like eggplant.

I love corn, eggplant, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, collard greens, string beans, green beans, and so many more.

I love vegetables but rarely make them - it is hard for me to stand for long and have chronic pain and issues that have caused me to just about give up on cooking but my son and I are trying to get back going on it. Today we are making homemade oven fries and sloppy joes which we will put onions and bell peppers in the homemade sauce.

I love vegetables. Fresh vegetables are the best. Yellow squash and okra are my favorites.

I only really eat carrots and corn...and even then it isn't as often as it should be.
I can eat broccoli if it's covered in cheese...but that sort of defeats the purpose.

I love vegtables,rapini is a nice alternative to broccoli and its in the same family saute it garlic and olive oil and throw it is pasta its delicious,I :P also cook a lot of exotic vegtables in nay ways,the internet is good for finding any kind of recipie.

Yes indeed, I love vegetables eat them everyday and almost with every meal. Sometimes I do a few in the blender and make a smoothie, I steam them, bake them and eat them raw. I use them in the can only if we don't have fresh ones.

Yes, I love vegetables especially cabbage but I will almost eat any kind of vegetable fresh or frozen. I sometimes just make a meal out of different types of vegetables by just stir frying them in the wok; that can be dinner for me.

I like most of them. There are some that I won't consider like cauliflower and artichokes. I do like some of them cooked and some raw. I hate to eat them when they are over cooked.

Well that's about the only veggies I like. cauliflower, Broccoli, uncooked carrots, and corn.

I like most vegetables. There are a few that I despise, especially peas. My dad would make us eat peas when we were growing up even though none of us liked them. I still think it was a form of child abuse. We never had any veggies that he didn't like.

I eat most veggies. Not sure about Brussel sprouts. My favorite veggies is Broccoli and Spinach.

I bought a corn, okra and tomato mix today. I'm hoping it's as good as it sounded in the store. My grandmother use to make corn bread to go with it but I'll opt for saltine crackers instead since I'm attempting to slim down a few more pounds before my consultation next week.

I used to hate them. Now I'm kind of indifferent, but I eat them as much as possible. It's amazing how things change!

I love vegetables I prefer fresh ones, but any is good to me. I actually prefer vegetables over fruits unless they are in a smoothie.

I love them. I know it tastes bland as <beep>, but I consume around an entire pound of Kale a day. It tastes horrible, until you smother a giant plate with other veggies, lots of low sodium spices, some garlic, and some pepper, and then it tastes great. I also add BBQ sauce and honey mustard. I turn it into an almost zero calorie lunch every day.
I have noticed health benefits I've never seen before.

Almost daily I crave eating a salad. So, yes I like vegetables! :silly: Every spring I plant a pesticide-free vegetable garden. Some of the vegetables I plant are: Beans, Beets, Carrots, Onions, Potatoes & Pumpkins. This year I'm considering planting sweet potatoes as well. Also, I plant tomatoes, but they are fruit not vegetables. All this talk about vegetables is making me hungry! Time to fix a salad! ;)

I am starting to like vegetables and fruit more and more as I grow older. Also eating much chicken and some fish. Red meat is taking a back seat more and more, but I will admit that occasionally I just have to have a good hamburger. However, the local Farmer's Market is growing larger and larger and the array of beautiful fruits and vegetables is motivating.

I have always liked vegetables, but my tastes have expanded since two of my children have recently become vegan. One of my newer acquired likes is asparagus.

I don't like every vegetable but there are some I like. I wish it was a little easier for me to like them though. My favorite one is probably Zucchini :)

I love vegetables. My favorites are broccoli, carrots, corn, peas, lima beans and squash. I could eat these almost every day and be content. :)

I love veggies but my husband does not. I sneak them into meatloafs casseroles whatever I can.

Zucchini with hummus is great. Carrots and celery too with hummus as well or with peanut butter. I love cucumbers with vinegar too.

It wasn't that long ago that I hated vegetables. I wouldn't really say I like them now, but I tolerate them as I eat a ton of them.

Busy getting my garden ready to grow a whole bunch of them.
All the things that make a great soup in the fall and winter months....great salads in the summer....and herbs to make the taste terrific.
Obviously I am excited. I will come back to earth in a few days :)

I like all veggies except beets, for me they taste like what i think dirt would taste, now hubby on the other hand does not like a lot of the veggies. So at home i fix what he likes, but when we go out to dinner i get what i like. I like the newer Furrs with their veggie bar. Because i can really get a lot of the ones i like. And of course i always get seafood, because he can't eat shell fish. So again i don't fix it at home. I have to make sure and brush my teeth really good afterwards though just in case.

Unfortunately I’ve had to recently change my eating habits since my doctor found my sugar level to high. She told me to cut out what I call PRP, Pasta, Rice & Potatoes. She also told me to cut back on bread and watch my Carb intake. So, I’ve had no choice but to start eating vegetables. I’ve always been partial to green beans but with the change of eating habits, I’ve recently developed a likeness broccoli. Carrots are ok, though I prefer the cooked to the raw. But other than that, not really.

Honestly, it depends on the vegetable. For health reasons, I’ve switched from side-dish junk food to vegetables. I have gotten addicted to broccoli because of this. I always did like green beans. Still miss French fries and rice though.

It just depends on which ones we are talking about but a big thing about veggies for me is how they are prepared. For example, I love grilled fresh veggies over something from a can.
