I have a few apps on my phone that I use all the time that help me maximize my day and stay organized. Some I use only in certain situations but I keep in a folder on my phone because its easier than trying to find a number or website. I don't have games on my phone but I do have a few mind games on my iPad that I think help me but can also waste time when I should be trying to get to sleep. ;)
Do Apps Help You, Waste Your Time, Do Both or Neither?

Some apps can be very helpful. others really dont know why they are there.

I think apps are very helpful, I love finding new ones on my phone!!
-
If they can help me earn money, then sure.

There are a few apps that I put on my phone as a tool for work. However I also have a bunch that are purely for entertainment (eg games, FB, YouTube, e-reader, etc.) I'd say considering all of them, most apps are just to waste my time (entertainment).

Apps are very helpful! They lead to store discounts, coupons and can be used as tools to simplify life. If you're just downloading games and whatnot, then yeah, they are a complete waste of time.

apps are very helpful and give you some discount or exclusive offers.

To me personally, they do help. There are some of them I don't even use because there is no use for them. But the ones that I used aere very reliable.
-
Sometimes I find myself cluttered with them, but for the most part they are very helpful, or at least give me something to do!

Some apps are helpful for me while others are not. For example, the Walmart app. I like the savers catcher but do not like shopping through the app itself. Too slow and glitchy.
-
no, they just mess up what I've already set up or just too confusing!

The only apps I use on my phone is games and Swagbucks mobile.. When I am not using my phone i just let it Swagbucks video run... I play things like fallout shelter, plants vs zombies, plague inc, or something when I am indoor cycling

Most of mine are useful helpful apps. Like time tracking apps to keep up with hours worked, or apps that keep up with money earned on internet sites, to do lists, shopping lists, I have a few games but don't play them that often.

i try to download the ones that are helpful..i do have a few games...but only a few..

I have four apps to help save money through coupons or uploading receipts. Then I have sudoko and pet rescue for entertainment while I'm away from my tablet. Everything else on my phone was already preloaded upon purchasing the device. I wish I could delete them from my phone as they just take up space and data.

I Decided to stay off Facebook for 2 months. It really worked last year!
-
every app that i have serve a purpose. I got a few games on there to help me when i get stresssed coupon apps and other apps
-
Certain apps can waste your time. I use most of my apps for my business, to meet new people (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Wordpress, etc.) but I do occasionally play games, for relaxation.

I don't have a phone with Apps - although my laptop runs windows 8 so there are "app" options. I haven't gotten to involved with them as I'm kinda slow to adapt to things and the apps just seem to get in my way. The other day I wanted to look at my photo library and use my camera. Both weren't working for a few days. I thought great now something's corrupted on my pc. But alas both apps started working again. Apps have been a frustration more than anything. I'll stick to standard bookmarks.

I think this about sums it up. There are some that are very helpful and some that are total time wasters; but give me an app that earns me some money and I am ON it!
