As long as you complete the 30 contributory posts by the end of the month, you still have another month to request the bonus:

I always try to post a reminder under payments every month. I did so this month but I posted my reminder on or about the 27th.

It seems that almost every month, at least one member forgets to cash out or get their posts in or request the bonus.

I hadn't noticed that before, oldbuddy... good info to know, though I've always remembered to submit the request before the end of the month

I take the approach of periodically checking to see how many posts I've made in a particular month.  As I get closer to 30, I am aware of how many more I need. I then go ahead and file my request for the bonus once I get a few past 30, which is sometimes the case by the middle of the month. 


I realize this approach isn't going to apply to users who are rushing to get above 30 posts on the last day of the month; but those people are already rushing to qualify for the bonus so they are less likely to forget to apply for it.
