Title: Do you have a waffle machine?
Post by: snuggleycutejc on March 25, 2016, 07:57:45 am: I just got a small waffle machine, it makes small round waffles, good enough for me. I seen extreme one too :glasses-nerdy: Do you like waffles? Since I have a machine, I don't order them at the restaurant anyone. Have a gr8 day :present:

When my grandson was small I did more of it. But now just hubby and I , I always have to make several as I can't get the recipe right for just 2 of us. Of course I can always freeze them. But I don't know if they taste as good after freezing, seem a little tough. Might be because they are heated up in the microwave. But when I do make them they are good.

I love trying to make different flavors of waffles...I do pumpkin waffles in the Fall, waffles with strawberries or other fruits in the Spring and Summer, etc. The waffle iron is a great device. :)

I saw something online about all the things you can do with a waffle maker. Use pizza crust put all the toppings on it, sauce, cheese, etc. then more pizza dough and then you have a pizza sandwich. There are lots of things to do with a waffle maker but I haven't tried any yet. May have to do a search and look into it.

However, waffles are not on either mine or my husband's diets, so I guess the cooking tool will stay in the closet!

We have a waffle maker. My dad usually cooks waffles on the weekends.
