Title: Sample Cube broken

Anyone else having problems filling out the first demographics screen? Attached is the screen that pops up and you're not able to enter your zip code info.

Don't know if this might work for you, but I noticed when I click on those surveys, they open in a new window that isn't MAXIMIZED.  I sometimes have better luck filling in that first section you're talking about when I maximize the window.

Yes it was doing that to me! Now it's working again.

have had no problem with it as I maximize it so it's easier to fill out

It hasn't worked at all these past 24 hours. I can fill in all boxes other than the zip code.

Yeah I noticed that too. The only surveys I seem to get lately are those ones, and they're broken. I tried in both Firefox and Chrome.
