Hello, hopefully an admin can help.
After many years of use with absolutely no issues, I received the email yesterday that my account was restricted and my funds were forfeited. I want to know what happened and why it happened. I have not changed how I use the site, so I have no reason to believe that there was an issue on my end. If someone could please let me know what happened, I just want to continue using the site.

Did your account balance actually disappear or was it just a scam email?
If your account was truly restricted you need to put in a support ticket

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday as well and I have no clue as to why. I have been a member for nearly 4 years and have never had any problems until yesterday.

While it's good that you posted your problem here, as others have suggested, send in a Support Ticket. It might take a while to get a reply. I recently had a problem that needed to be resolved and it finally was, but it did take over a month before that happened. Needless to say, FC Support was very apologetic about it and I really had no reason to think I wouldn't get my money. FC is probably one of the most honest PTC places you can use. Just send in that Support Ticket and be clear in explaining your circumstances, and good luck.

I wonder if your account got hacked or if it was some sort of glitch. That's really scary and I would feel awful if I got such an email. I would also feel frustrated like yourself and want some answers. Are you able to open a support ticket?

put a support ticket in and ask why this happened maybe fusion cash can answer you and tell you what happened

Sometimes you have to watch out for spoof emails. if your balance is still the same, and you can still log into your account, you should be o.k.

Was it an e-mail actually from FC? Definitely send in a support ticket either way. Sounds kind of strange to me.

Yes it could be a phishing scam. I have gotten similar emails saying my PayPal was restricted, when it was not. The emails were not even from PayPal. Do not click on any links in it, just in case.
