Title: do you make ice cream or buy it at the store
Post by: aggie49 on May 31, 2016, 02:45:51 pm: i do both but mostly make it my self because then i know what my family is eating and they love home made ice cream it just take a while to make it just right

Those are the "richest" ice creams locally except for 2 new ones made 5 miles from my home....but they cost over $6 for a pint! No thank you. We found a store with tubs of ice cream that sell for less than $5 and the taste is just as good. One tub lasts almost 2 weeks.

I do not eat ice cream that often, but when I do eat ice cream, it is usually bought from the warehouse that my husband Mario goes to to help out at the church.

Right now I'm trying to stay away from it because I'm trying to lose a little weight, but it is SO hard because it is summer. Prime ice cream eatin' weather! (Although I do eat it year 'round.)
