Title: Netflix vs. Hulu
Post by: kjstrukel on July 01, 2016, 08:16:43 am
Who uses either or these services and what are your experiences?  I had Netflix but gave it up because the only show I watched was House of Cards.  I really don't know if it makes sense to pay for such services -- what do you think?

I have both Netflix and Hulu.
I find myself watching Hulu less & less.  Hulu has present day shows, almost like OnDemand.  They have some original programming.

Netflix has past episodes, and entire series that you can binge from beginning to end.  And tons of movies.

I am enjoying a free month of Amazon Prime now.  I don't know if it is worth it for 100 dollars, but it is very similar to both.

I have used Netflix for years and I love it. I am going to the $9.95 rate so I can have two screens on at once and get HD. Hulu has too many commercials, so I dropped it.

I have a couple of Roku devices and get lots of free stuff there too.

I do not have either, regular cable; but I have friend who have both and they all enjoy. I am thinking about exploring, as cable is just to expensive and many of the channels in the package we never even watch!

Hulu's ads are so crazy, so I prefer Netflix.

We have netflix, I don't use it really, but the kids and my boyfriend watch it more than anything so definitely worth the money. I want Hulu too because some things are on Hulu that aren't on Netflix.
