Title: proud and sad all at the same time

my girl is going to be leaving for college in 2 weeks i am very proud of her but i am very sad also it is going to be hard  to let her go but i know i must she has been a rock for me for so long she took up the slack while i was dealing with my brain cancer i love her so much and i am use to her being here with me all the time but i know she is grown up and must make her own life and i wish her all the luck in the world she is a very smart women and will continue to grow and get better she leaves on july 28th and i know she will make a great lawyer she is going for coportate law  and my youngest is going to be lost with out her but i told her i will always be here for her just the same as i am with all my kids

I know your heart is breaking, you hate to see her leave.  Just remember, you taught her everything she knows and now it's time for her to spread her wings and fly.  Where is she going to school?  Just think how very proud you will be when you watch her graduate from law school.  My brother went to law school in Miami and decided to remain there, maybe she will settle in or close to your home.  She will be fine and so will you!

Its hard to let go. It seems they always come back.
