Title: Cannot confirm account by email

I cannot confirm my account by email. I have updated my e-mail address several times and only one account has received the e-mail but the confirmation link sends me to the FC offers page and my account is still not confirmed. I read another post that suggested I "open a support ticket requesting a manual confirmation" but i dont know how to do that. can anyone help

nevermind  i sent the email like 20 more times and it worked eventually
