Title: New member with unique problem

Hello, I'm new with FushionCash.

Signed up on an Ipad, received $5 bonus and then earned 1 cent for a $5.01 balance.
Later signed into my account on a laptop. Earned 2 cents for a .02 balance.

I now have $5.01 on one device and 2-cents on another. Same account. Should show $5.03 on both??

Anyone have an idea why this is happening??

Have you tried signing out and signing back in? I'm usually signed on on my laptop and iphone and it's the same balance

Are you also sure you didn't somehow create another account when you went onto the second device

sign out of both and then sign back in, might make a difference.

Found it........
I mis-keyed my username when logging in and mis-spelled it. then when it would not accept it I thought it was my password, so I reset and ended up creating a new account.

Great start!!!   Time for that support ticket.

Well, I am surprised that you were able to sign up using an iPad. Fusion Cash is not mobile friendly and it will tell you so when you access it on a mobile.

You need to open a support ticket.

Support tickets do help. As for using an ipad, I think FC now has a section for use specifically just for ipads and tablets

I hope it all gets straightened out. It may take a couple business days before support answers you, so don't get upset if you don't get an immediate answer. They have a lot of tickets to go through.
