How many vitamins do you take daily? I take about 2 or 3 daily?

I take several medications daily but the only vitamin I take daily is vitamin D. :rainbow: :rose: :peace: :wave:

I take 5 different vitamin daily I will start back with d in Nov. when there is less sun.

I take bs, soon I am going to take the keratin hair vitamins so I need positive thoughts :kiss:

I take one multivitamin a day. Every few days I'll take some evening primrose oil and turmeric. I also take a probiotic but that's not everyday either.

I take five vitamins on a daily basis. My body can tell a difference if I miss one or two.

Sometimes I take gummy vitamins from vitafusion. Overall, I take vitamins from fresh fruits like oranges, tangerines, grapes, bananas, apples, and strawberries.

I only take vitamin D3 2000 , prescribed by my doctor

I take C, D, Calcium and an herbal supplement. Occasionally I'll try something else, but usually stick to these.

I just try to eat healthy. One up side to taking supplements is that you can actually be a little more liberal with what you eat in terms getting the nutrients you are looking to injest.

I dont take any vitamins. They are extremely unnecessary in a balanced diet.

Too many to count. I'm an herb and supplement junkie so there are certain supplements I take on a regular basis and they are others I take when I know I need it.
Each day I take a gluten free multivitamin, inositol and choline, Omega 3 and a super B complex. Sometimes I take extra vitamin C with bioflavanoids. Supplements are one area in my life where I splurge because my health is very, very important to me.

I take about 5 different vitamins per day that helps with boosting my immune system.

if you eat a balanced diet they are not necessary but i do take a multi vitamin daily

i take hair skin and nails,vit d and calcium per dr due to milk allergies,turmeric for my osteoarthritis,b vitamins

Fruits and veggies contains all the vitamins you need. :thumbsup:
