I currently work at home and even when I get on my laptop I find myself working. I have to quit doing this and learn to relax at home from now on. Any advice?

I have the same issue. I will stop in the evening and then suddenly I'll think, oh maybe there's a survey or any of the other ways we earn and I'll get back online and start again. But I wouldn't give it up for anything, I still love that I can work in my pajamas and if I want to go to the store or somewhere else, I do it. I love the freedom of working online.
I don't have any suggestions other than forcing yourself to stop. ;D

Sorry no advice! I work in a office all day and then come and after dinner I am doing surveys and still working at my normal job. Wish I could find something that would let me work from home all the time especially in the winter. Hate the commute

I worked at home for 4 + years. Between that and being my husbands lawn care side kick....and a few personal things going on I realized I'm not cut out to be working from my home all the time. I need out of the home interaction and a creative outlet. I'm blessed to work in a retail job doing what I love. I'm no full time so I have time to devote to the few sites that I've depended on for so long. + I've learned a great deal to move forward with my own little side gig. Staying in my P.J.'s wasn't what it was all cracked up to be.

Set a time limit. You must set aside down time for yourself and your family.

My work is never done.

I have a full time job outside the home, so this is just a hobby for me. I do spend most of my spare time at home on the computer though.

I don't call this work, so I guess work ended when I retired.

FusionCash updates every-early morning, I can rest then.

I bring work home sometimes, but I don't always do it.

I am always working so I am the wrong person to give advice. I work fifty to sixty hours during the day and exceed my goals and the goals of any two people on my team in terms of volume and quality. I then come home and work thirty to forty hours on another job and am generally in the top five percent of full timers as far as quantity goes and in the top two percent for quality. If I do not work at night I do not make money because it is project work. I was sick for three days a few weeks back and it took five people to fill my spot and they didn't finish ninety percent of my work load. I just caught up on everything today. I have some vacation time coming up and no intention of even looking at my daytime work computer. I will, however, be working seventy hours at my other job...it never ends.

I was always working too...until this year. I learned because work is NEVER done, it's a MUST to set limits. Life is short, no one in their right mind wants to waste it ALL working. BALANCE is necessary, otherwise a person is totally missing out on truly living their life.
Life is a precious gift, it could end at any time. If a person knew they would die tomorrow, they probably wouldn't work their "today" away....
LIVE so life doesn't pass you by, because time stops for no one.
