Title: What sort of holiday dishes does your family make?

We had our Dutch green beans for Thanksgiving and I will be making the speculoos cookies for Christmas like my grandma did every year. I'd love to here about some of the things you like to make

My sister-in-law did a lot of the cooking and her daughter-in did part of it, also the daughter did  too. all i had to do was make the home made rolls.  I always worry that they may not come out right, But they were light and good.  It always works out for every one if eac family brings a dish or two. Noone has to do all of the cooking.

None! We are not a family of great cooks. For Thanksgiving, my partner cooked up some instant potatoes, green beans, store bought rolls, and a pre-made turkey, which everyone ate except my sister and me (vegans). Maybe for Christmas we'll get creative and bake some cookies or something.  :snowman: :)

We don't make dishes we buy them at the store.  Most people use ceramic, but many use good china for the holidays. :highfive: 8)

I make baked bean, coconut cake, hummingbird cake,I make my own cranberry sauce.  I( have ham and turkey, green beans, corn, potato salad.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. :)

Like to make fudge at Christmas and sugar cookies. ejholt i've never heard of hummingbird cake and you make your own cranberry sauce wow thats interesting.

My sister does her thing and I do mind and then again our husband also make dishes so it's a whole lot of cooking going on.

Cherry pie.... it's my brother's fav. I keep trying to make it as good as my Moms.
