Title: Theft of Rewards
Post by: hawkeye56 on February 01, 2017, 09:34:16 am
Why do you post a weekly rewards that were earned, but not the money stolen from accounts ? I was forced to move and was without internet access and now am being punished for it by you people stealing money I earned. I have gone through the process of stating my displeasure with your unethical, and immoral policies. I recieved one answer that basically said tough *bleep*. But none of my other disputes have been answered, just deleted and ignored. Stay classy fusion cash !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you referring to money expiring after 6 months or something else?

can you  be more specific?

Fusion Cash is really a great site but not perfect.

The rules state that you have to cash out within 6 months or your money will expire. You must have been without internet a very long time because anyone should be able to cash out every three or four months with just a little bit of effort.

I have been with FC for years and really love the site.

It's about the 6 month BS. It is a shame that you have a pathetic accounting system, or you are just plain lazy and greedy. The money I receive goes to charity, and it's a damn shame you line your pockets with money I EARNED !!!!!

I don't need some nit wit telling me that I could cash out without much effort. Unlike you, I do have a life, and don't spend every waking moment on a computer. The terms are unethical, and if challenged in court would likely be prohibited. Ethics don't matter much in America anymore. Theft however is encouraged on this site. Way to set your bar low if you think this a great site. You try moving out of a house that you have been paying for, for 20 years with nothing. My future ex-wife got it all for the time being.

I was a member of a site that just shut down this week.  I received an email notification stating that they were closing their doors.

The admin reminded me that any funds in my account that were below the minimum cash out amount were property of the site ( As Stated In The Terms Of Use ).

Thankfully, in my case, I had just cashed out a few days prior and had the money in my payment processor.  There was only about 3 cents left in my account with this site.

I understand your frustration but these earning sites do have Terms Of Use that we are to agree to if we are to participate.

You just sound bitter about money matters in general. You're upset because you agreed to certain terms but probably didn't read them. $25 in 6 month is only like a dollar a week.  That doesn't exactly require you spending all your time on the computer.

Do you find checks and giftcards having expiration dates unethical as well?

You can't please all the people all the time. But, we all agreed to the T&C when we joined this site. I cannot believe that you couldn't access the site at all with any internet connection prior to the 6 month expiration though. That would not involve being "on the computer all the time"

I believe your anger is not so much with the T&C of FC but with your situation with life right now. Stay strong and I promise you, life will get better. I've been where you are although my ex husband took everything I had, left me with all the bills AND married the s*ut he was cheating on me with. I got over that and it made me stronger. You will too.

It is highly unethical for giftcards to expire. It's just a windfall for corporations. Checks are a different animal. Don't tell me what I read and don't read, or why I am upset. You have no clue and it shows with stupid comments telling me what you perceive to be my problems. It's not easy to set up a computer when you live in a tent.

Oh it's stupid because I understand and agree to the terms of the site? You're on this site, obviously on the internet, complaining because you don't agree with how it operates and that people don't agree with you. You're the one that came on complaining about how you lost money and your house. I'm not seeing how my perception  is wrong when it's what you stated.

The site has to do accounting and balance their books just like any other business. They can't leave money in limbo forever so they came up with a certain amount of time to receive your money or lose it. Other businesses do it as well. It would be quite different if your money expired and you weren't aware of the rule. That would be unethical but since you claim to have read it then theres nothing wrong with it.

The accounting software they use is garbage. I know this because of my accounting degree. It is not difficult to upgrade to an accounting system that works for everyone, not for the lazy and greedy. You don't know me and you don't know my situation, so your perception of me is flawed and you are wrong.  You need to STFU and if you ever have an intelligent thought come to your mind you will blow up. So I guess you are in for a long life of stupidity. I don't need ANY female telling me what to do because you are an inferior parasite.

If you treat ALL females in your life like that then it's no wonder your wife left. The bottom line is you AGREED to the T&C when you joined Fusioncash but apparently the "rules" don't apply to you and now you are upset. Well, I am a female too and I abide by the rules of not only this site but life in general. You started this post and are now upset with people, especially females, commenting. If you have an accounting degree and are SO smart, why were you living in a tent? You are the one sounding unintelligent on here lol

You obviously have a lot more problems in life than the "theft" of your money. You come on here, rant, call Fusion Cash a thief, insult the women, are outright abusive, and then get outraged because no one feels bad for you. If you continue to rant, rave, and insult other members, then you will be reported, and your account will lose access to this forum.

Frankly, no one is in your corner, and wants to hear your garbage.

You have a very healthy and pleasant attitude ; good for you. With an outlook like yours you will most likely be less stressed in life and live much longer.

I remember when I first signed up with Fusion Cash.  I was not active at all for a long time.  The $5 bonus that was credited to my account went away because I did not participate on the site.  It went back to Fusion Cash and I'm perfectly fine with that.

I, like you, have moved on and am earning nicely because of being able to let go.

You're only able to cashout once a month/have one pending payment. So some people cashout at the end of the month with whatever they have, some cashout as soon as they receive the previous payment and some cashout at specific amounts.

At best, a person should be advised that the money will be gone. Sometimes, people have oversight and circumstances beyond their control. I know when my money disappeared I almost blow a head gasket, lol. I didn't recall that part of the terms / conditions at the time. I couldn't believe my money was gone. It was a rough lesson!

There's a notification on the account page if you're close to expiration and it states that credits expire in 180 days on the weekly reports. That's at least 3 spots on the site and people still claim not to know that it's going to happen.

Now I had money expire on another site and I had no idea that it happened and it took serious searching to find it on there

The 6th month thing is for everyone not just you. Its happen to other people and no ones stealing a thing from you because if you dont cash out Fusion DOES NOT GET PAID. Its not just you getting a survey to go through unless you cash out the site doesnt get paid a thing for the stuff you did.

That's not true, actually. If the offers are credited, Fusion Cash DOES get paid by the companies, regardless of what you do with the money you earned. The advertisers have no way of knowing whether a certain member actually gets to cash out the money that they were credited for. They give the money to FC, and FC then disburses part of the profits to the members that completed the offers.

I think six months is quite reasonable if you consider that doing the minimum daily (ptc, daily e-mail & forum posting and nothing else) it is possible to cash out every 3 months.  I am sure there are a large number of people who join do a little bit and never return or maybe cash out once and then lose interest.  It is like business issuing rebates instead of lowering the price, they gamble on so many not being redeemed (Do you cry "theft" when you fail to redeem a rebate before expiration?).  In this case the defaulted accounts helps keep the company going.

I absolutely agree. Fusion Cash will not make the money needed to continue if members were to become inactive.  I know I certainly would not want to waist my time or finances building a site where members were not taking part.  We all have a role in keeping our site going.

Today is March 9, 2017. My wrong balance of $17.47 is now $17.25 on march 9, 2017.  Now this is the biggest funds they deleted from my account.   My account on Feb was $21.00 now at $17.25 tell me there is not something wrong with this site. There is a malfunction with the website.  When check the My Account tab that is where it delete your funds backward instead of adding the funds to your balance. I have written  many emails with no concern.  It has been 180 day either. I'm here everyday. This was my best site to make money. So one has let the ball down on this site.

It is so simple! Make sure you cash out your funds before 6 months. because if you don't, then they expire. As simple as ABC

I found the terms quite reasonable. Most sites only allow 30-60 days to be absent before losing any hard-earned money. i know. I lost $50 from a site because I was hospitalized for 3 weeks and couldn't get to my computer for another 3 months due to being almost totally bedridden.  The company even closed my account and I had to reopen it.  I lost money on FC, too, but not all of it, because I had forgotten I was signed up with this site.

So I wouldn't be judging FC too harshly. All sites like this have terms and if you don't follow them, then you'll suffer the consequences...and I'm using "you" not as a specific, but generally.
