Here in VA there's been very little rain. We've had crazy weather though. It's been jumping back and forth between summer and winter. Within the same week we've started out in the 80's then by the end of the week in the low 20's. Now that Spring has finally arrived we've gotten low 30's and upper 60's within a period of 24hrs. Yet President Trump claims Global Warming is a hoax. Go figure.

I live in VA, too, and have definitely been a witness to the unstable weather pattern. :sad1: :confused1: It's been constantly switching from winter to spring and back, but seems to have made up its mind for now. 60s and 70s for the next week or so, but it's been pretty cloudy.

And when the rain is done in Texas it heads our way to MS. I don't need anymore rain. My back yard is not totally dry from the last rains.
-
Where I live it has been raining on and off for about a day or two... and then the sun will come out. It has not been that cold lately so now it is feeling like spring.
-
I am glad for the rain. It has been light so far. Spring is very :)

I wish there was a way for you to send some of your rain our way. not only is it dry but the pollen is really bad.
-
I can check the Weather Channel thanks ::) 8)

We have had a little rain off and on here in Memphis Tn. in the last couple of weeks. Personally I like the rain now and then. I also have allergies and the rain washes away the pollen.

It could be worse. We are expecting snow and generally get our biggest storms in April. We had a storm, in 2006, that unloaded forty eight inches of the frozen, wet fun! I can generally tell what is coming my way after my parents tell me what their weather is like in Arizona. We generally get a harsher version of it three days later. The good news is that the ground is pretty warm after a few days in the eighties so the snow is not sticking. It does tend to kill the early flowers and takes down a lot of tree branches (other than the indigenous pine trees). We have had a really mild winter so I am anticipating some monster storms for sure. I have not had to put the top on m jeep since last May and I would like to keep it that way as I like the wind blowing through my hair.

Hey, don't tell the rain to never come back again cuz I've heard of many years of drought Texas had gone through! Count your blessings! Anyway, according to FLA. news, I guess you got your wish, 50% of rain's heading my way! There goes the weekend trip to the beach! Thanks a lot!😜

we have had sun shine for about 4 days in a row now, before that it seemed like it rained or snowed for a week straight
-
Where I live, we've had several days of rainy weather last week. After a while, it makes me tired and irritable, but we need the rain. We've been in a severe drought since last summer and despite all the snow we got, it still wasn't enough.
-
We've just had a few gloomy days with rain, even the dog doesn't want to do anything but sleep. Supposed to get sun today, sooo looking forward to it!!
-
it's very dry down here in southwest Florida.
we have sprinkles in the early morning, that's it.
rainy season is coming in a couple months.
it seems like we never get enough to fill the water table.
-
Yes I know what you mean, I like rain but only when I'm indoors and not working.
-
I live in Ga. and the sun is shining, warm, and this is the first day of the Masters, for those who like to play golf. It's suppose to rain Monday and later in the week. So the golfers may get wet out there.

If your in a drought state rain, rain please don't go away.
-
Good luck. The wind stopped here for a while. :rainbow:

I love the sound and smell of rain. Utah is a little bit like a desert sometimes so I'll take it when I can get it.
It entertains me when I'm at home on my computer and I have a nice little cup of ginger tea. If I have to go somewhere in it....
that's a different story.

April showers (and months prior) bring May flowers. :angel11:
"Though April showers may come your way; they bring the flowers that bloom in May.
So always look for the silver lining and try to find the sunny side of life." :rainbow:
I agree that the extremes such as flooding and drought are tough, but that's part of life; right?

yep raining hair and i wish it would stop!!!!!
-
It's supposed to storm really bad tomorrow. Booooo.
-
Rain has never bothered me. It's cleaning the Earth, growing the start of your flowers so they can grow.
-
What's the matter with you?! It can't permanently stop raining! That would mean no more water because the hydrologic cycle would be discontinued! As a result, creatures with gills couldn't survive! Neither could plants or whoever gets too thirsty!

I am happy that we don't have snow.
