Click on " Earn Cash" , then click "More" you'll find it there...

In the forum .. select the topic "Contests and Promotions"
Then scroll down to the post -- "
ONGOING: Post a screenshot of your payment or picture of your check - Get $1!"
In the 2nd paragraph there is a link that takes you to where you post your screen shot

Please Note that in that post it will give you instructions on how to take a pic of your payment.
