Title: dreams?
Post by: minioncookies on May 25, 2017, 12:01:03 am
Does anyone ever experience things in their sleep that seem real? Sometimes i have this dream that is pretty vivid but also vauge at the same time as it's usually all i remember. For example i woke up not to long ago from a dream which was a setting in my house and i guess i was looking up and a face appeared and startled me so it sent my brain into some kind of weird panic and i pulled the covers over my head and woke up feeling uneasy.. It usally takes me a while to stop feeling uneasy. It doesnt happen to often but when it does it almost always is a setting of the place i am which makes me believe sometimes that its not a dream and just happened.. Im not sure what triggers it or why it happens just wondering if it is normal or happens to anyone else.

I have very real dreams all the time, wake up in tears, have called people who have died on the phone thinking the dream was really happening, night mare that make me sweat in bed and afraid to get out of bed.  And i can fall back into a dream if i wake up in the middle.

I have been having dreams lately that seem to be disturbing, not in a sense of dread, but its like you dream something and then can't remember what you dreamed about, you see faces, but can't remember when you wake up what those faces look like, i sometimes have multiple dreams in one, some of them seem so real, when i know its just a dream.

I used to have reoccurring dreams about losing one of my tooth and I read that it was caused by stress. At the times that I used to have them, I was going through stressful situations.

I get bad, realistic, vivid nightmares and dreams. Mostly nightmares. Like the wake up in a cold sweat nightmares because I thought they were real.
Dreams are just really insane haha, but vivid

I have been dreaming and woke up totally terrified.  And not even know for sure what I was dreaming.  I have woke up and saw someone standing in the house and it was as real as could be.  One time I swear I was not dreaming but that is another story altogether.  Dreams can be pretty vivid and real.  I took that melatonin or whatever it is (a sleep aid) for a while and had horrible night mares when I was taking it.  I don't take it any more.  I also have had the same stupid dream over and over before.

I had weird dreams the last couple days. I often have weird ones but not several days in a row like the last couple days. I hope they stop.

No, never.  When I wake, if I was dreaming, I never remember them.

Dreams usually happen when you are in REM sleep.  This usually occurs just before waking, and scenes that seem to last for hours are really only a few seconds!

I do not  experience dreams very often, when I do I am always trying to figure out if there is a message I am suppose to get or if it's just a bad reaction to something I ate late in the evening ???
