I started a youtube channel last year because my niece encourage me to do it for fun.
But I like doing it, enven dough I sometime get negative comments. I had to stop
for a while because my labtop was not working, but I got it fixed. So, now I have my
cellphone as a back up. I might return back to my youtube channel soon.

I'm constantly watching videos on youtube, my son has one..but I'm camera shy...never made one for myself.

I have been wanting to start my own youtube channel but do not know how to start it. I just have a cell phone to do it with. I went to an ice supper last night and tried to video the band that was playing and cellphone said it was full. only got a few seconds. Do anyone know what kind of camera I need to get for youtube. Its nice that you have a You tube channel. I watch them all the time and sometimes wish I could do something like that. Keep having fun and don't let the negative comments get you down. I feel people who write negative comments are either jealous or have issues so they need to try to bring other people down.

Well, I have a lap top with a built in Camera & Mike. Most lap tops have them, but I don't know much about cell phone cameras. You can buy a camera for your desktop separately for a reasonable price. (about $20 I think) Good luck!

I have this pet peeve about seeing words misspelled, 2red, you spelled dough, it's though, enven, is not a word, even.I look over what is being said and spelled, its me, not you, I just have to correct.

Not true. You get paid for the number of views when you have ads playing before the videos. And also if your video is viewed a million times.

I didn't know you could have your own YouTube channel. I'd have no idea where to start with that lol. My 6 year old granddaughter is always wanting to make a video and post it on YouTube Kids but I would never let her do that. I doubt her parents would allow that either. She's way too young.

Not true. I get paid for my channel but the threshold is $100. You have to monetize your videos. I have over 21K views between all my videos. I'm half way there, and I will let you know when I get my 1st check! lol
