Coconut oil is excellent! I have used it for my skin and hair for over 2 years now! Coconut oil is also great as a makeup remover. I have also found applying a thin layer on your eyelids at night will grow your eyelashes!
-
I use it for many things like cooking and making cannibus oil
-
I use it for oil pulling.
-
I use coconut oil periodically as an ingredient, but from the saturated fat I hear about, I try to minimize use if I can help it. I have used it as a cream as well, but I didn't see any difference.
-
Never used it.
-
I heard it's good for you but I just don't like the small or taste! My parents use coconut cooking oil!
-
I don't use coconut oil at all. I think there's topical benefits for skin and hair, but it is not good for you to consume.
-
Yes I do, I use it also on my hair and skin. I buy it at Costco.
-
i do use it sometimes, especially on my nails
-
No, not yet
-
I use it for health and beauty regimens, my daughter uses it for her hair.
-
I have a large container of organic cold-pressed unrefined virgin coconut oil at home. I haven’t consumed it in a long time, but if I do, I use it in moderation. I use to add a tablespoon of coconut oil whenever I was making bread. It tastes and smells pretty good. I haven’t tried applying it on my hair yet.
-
It also helps with morning breath. Not to mention it is all around healthy. I try to consume it any way possible.
-
I have heard great things about it but have never used it. I do use tea tree oil for any skin related issues. I think it works great.

I've never used coconut oil, but I'm very interested in perhaps doing so in the future. I've heard is it quite healthy and useful for hair and nails. I'm not sure I'd want to consume it, though. But who knows, it might be very tasty! :)
-
Yes, I use it as a skin moisturizer.

I actually haven't tried Organic coconut oil. I have thick/frizzy hair so I use Moroccan and Macadamia oil in my hair. I found it makes my hair smoother, less tangled and easier to manage so I have to put less 'crap' in my hair to get it to look good.
-
Yes, that stuff is the best for the body inside and out. I use it for a lot of cooking also.

I use organic coconut all the time. I use it on hair, skin, and cook with sometimes.
