Hi.. this was my 1st time cashing out. While my Fusion Cash account shows that I was paid today, my prepaid card that it was to be direct deposited to shows that NOTHING was credited to it. I have searched for a contact phone number for Fusion Cash so that I may talk to someone about this matter, but I can't find one. Has anyone else had this happen and if so, how were you able to resolve it and get your payment? Anyone have a phone number to contact Fusion Cash? Any and all help will be appreciated as I am new to cashing out.. and very disappointed that my first payment was not received.

UPDATE: I just got off the phone with a representative of Bluebird prepaid cards, which I Got specifically for my Fusion Cash payments to be deposited to. She stated, unbeknownst to me, that Bluebird prepaid cards CANNOT be used for direct deposits and any attempted direct deposits to it will be returned to the originating source. So.. now I know WHY I did not get paid. My next question is HOW do I go about getting my cashout payment now? Do i just enter another form of payment and will still receive it.. or do i just lose my payment?

Oh geez, you're in a pickle now huh?! That stinks! Here's what I would do. Set up an account with Paypal and then send a help ticket to Fusioncash explaining what happened. Or get a different prepaid card, just make sure they will accept payments from a 3rd party. Good luck, I hope you get it figured out. :)

you'll need to change to a different payment method like check or verified Paypal account. The money should be returned to your account when the realize it can't go through with that method.

I cannot imagine that Fusion Cash would keep your payment. What they will probably do is return it to your account.
I would set up a Paypal account, be sure to verify it (Paypal gives instructions on how to do that), then try again.
Chances are though, you probably won't get your cash out this month. I cannot speak for Fusion Cash, but it is a possibility.
But you'll get an even bigger payment next month.

Thanks all for the help. I had originally gotten a PayPal account to use, but I found out after I got it that it has to be linked to a bank account, which I do not have. So I got the Bluebird prepaid card because my understanding was that it could be direct deposited to. I learned today that is not the case. I opened a support ticket to get it resolved and I also changed my form of payment to check. I guess i'll just have to wait and see what happens and then figure it out from there. I really appreciate the replies offering help/advice as I am new to this. I am a retired senior trying to make it on a small widow's pension and started taking Fusion Cash surveys to try to earn a few extra dollars and was excited about the $30 I earned, but I guess I goofed when I set up the Bluebird card THINKING that it accepted deposits. Still learning.. even at my age.

You know, some banks/credit unions will let you set up an account where you do not have to pay fees if you get direct deposit from social security. I have had my account with my credit union for twenty years now.
I never have any money in there except what I get from Social Security Disability, and they never charge me any fees.
I don't know what your situation is, but you may want to call around or perhaps, contact a credit union.
I am sure this will all work out . . .

I use paypal it is easier

I thought the direct deposit should deposit to bank account, not sure direct to prepaid card, but send a support ticket, they'll help you with the issue

I use a Bluebird card for my direct deposits from FC with no problems. I just went to the website and got one of the direct deposit forms and submitted all of the DD information to FC. No problem.

It looks like for you, at this time, a paper check through snail mail is your best payment option. I see in your updates that you indeed did go for a check. It is a good thing FC offers this, as some sites do not.

I get a check in the mail. Not fast but easy and it works.

My next payment I want to try and make more than $38 cause is very helpful

Let us know how you are doing. It is better to have other payment instead of prepaid card method

I believe you would just change the form of payment.
