I like to cook my peaches first. But, it the peaches are sweet nothing like a cold raw peach. I have 2 Red Barron peach trees. How do you like peaches? Happy National Eat a Peach Day!
-
I love fresh peaches. I also make peach cobbler, so good.
-
Fresh peaches that a sweet and juicy are hard to beat!
I remember my Mom buying peaches by the lug. Each peach was wrapped in pink tissue paper. I think that paper had something to do with how the peaches ripened.....because often, the peaches today from the grocery store are woody and not juicy. That disappoints me so much, that I tend to buy nectarines over peaches now.

I love peach cobbler but I prefer fresh peaches over cooked. good fresh peaches are very hard to find in new England. :rainbow: :rose: :peace:

Once again another food choice question, zzzzzzzzzzzzzz, only 29 more foods to go and you have your quota ::) ::) ::) 8) Questions are not Subjects for discussion, unreal :bad: 8)

I prefer to eat a fresh, sweet, juicy peach but you won't find me turning down a homemade peach cobbler!

Was it necessary to criticize another member's choice of topics? Especially in the Off Topic category? But then I guess your rude comment left you with only 29 more rude comments to make your quota. I just do not understand when one member is so critical of what another member decides to post. Nothing wrong with questions.

I enjoy both but for me, there is nothing like biting into a juicy, fresh peach and the juice runs down your arm. We're lucky, we live in an area of South Carolina where peaches are grown so they're readily available at farmer's markets and roadside stands.
-
I just left Savannah and I brought a peach and it is not sweet. I don't usually eat peaches, but wanted to try one and I don't care for it at all.
-
to be honest I have never been overly fond of fresh peaches, I prefer canned, or cooked
-
I have heard there are some peach trees that will grow in Florida but in general I don't think they produce anything but small little peaches. Funny to see this post I want to buy some big juicy looking peaches our grocery store has right now.
-
I love fresh peaches and peach pie has always been my favorite
-
To just eat a peach I prefer fresh peaches. I like peach cobbler and peach pie and they are cooked peaches and you have to have ice cream on top.
-
I LOVE peach season - unfortunately it doesn't last long enough before they start getting mealy. Right now the peaches are at their peak around here and we sure are taking advantage. Always fresh - not cooked; the best healthy dessert!
-
Cooked peaches taste good!
-
I didn't know you could cook peaches. Just fresh over here, thanks.
-
i like fresh peaches
-
#1 is fresh then frozen
-
Can't degree upon any answer besides fresh peaches to that question.
-
I prefer fresh peaches.
-
I like both, but I have been in the mood for cooked peaches. I bought a peach cobbler last week and last night I made my own. My boys loved it.
-
I love fresh white peaches, the yellow ones not so much. I have a soft spot for the canned peaches though, it's what my family ate when I was young.
-
Love fresh peaches. Especially after I've put then in the fridge for a while and let them get cold.
-
I prefer fresh to cooked. Although I've had lots of good peaches, it's been some years since I had peaches that were truly exceptional, unfortunately I can't remember where I got those.
-
Put me down for fresh peaches, although I have one aunt that makes an incredible peach cobbler. With a little vanilla ice cream it's to die for.
-
I like fresh peaches, when I'm in the mood for them. It's not a fruit I eat that often. Although peach pie is pretty good.
-
I like peaches fresh off the tree, no cooking for me.
-
Love fresh peaches. Also like it in syrup yummy. Won't turn down a cobbler either, lol :)
-
I like it both ways, it still taste good to me.
-
I prefer fresh peaches over cooked.
-
Fresh peaches
-
I prefer to eat peaches ripe and uncooked. I never heard of cooking them. Cooking fruit will destroy many essential vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

Fresh peaches are the BEST! But peach cobbler is a close second. We have a peach truck that supplies all of our area with the most delicious peaches from Georgia all summer! The people that started the business grew up on a peach farm and now go back to the family business to bring loads of fresh peaches to the Nashville area. We can't wait to get peaches from the truck each year. Their season is over right now, but we can still get peaches from Alabama. I do miss them in the winter.
-
I'll go with fresh or canned. I'm not big on baking them. To each their own they say!
-
I love fresh peaches so much. They are so good for you. Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you an :)d keep you safe.
-
I love to eat fresh peaches but also love peach pie and cobbler so it's a toss up lol
-
I enjoy both a good peach cobbler and a nice fresh juicy peach, but I hardly ever make cobblers. They are easy and quick to make so I really should do that more often.

I have to agree with this post. Fresh, sweet, juicy peaches are the best but peach pie and peach cobbler run a close second. The only problem is that peach season, when they are at their best, is just too short. I read that peaches are in short supply this year because of weather down in Georgia.
-
ewww i just dont like peaches...
-
Theyre both really good
-
I prefer peaches that are just picked from the tree. That is the way is was for my family when I was younger. In today's world, the food that I purchase doesn't taste all that great. It all has to do with all the pesticides and other poisons they use to grow food.
-
I prefer fresh peaches, unless its peach pie.
-
fresh is better...but i love peaches...pineapple and watermelon are my favorite along with a granny smith apple..
-
Fresh, although baked are also nice
-
I don't like peaches, but maybe cooked taste better.
-
I like frozen peaches, especially in the summer, and frozen pears, most canned fruit I eat frozen, gotta be with heavy syrup, sometimes i will eat light, just not as tasty.
-
Fresh. It drips that way.
-
Peaches from the store are often hard and mostly tasteless.
Thee are some farms that actually come up north with great Georgia peaches, and those are delicious.
Fresh is best, but cooked is not bad either.

I like fresh peaches the most. I just bought some yesterday./ :)
-
Hard choice. I haven't had cooked peaches in a long while. But I eat more fresh. I love cooked peaches.
-
That is really hard. I love peaches period. its hard for me to find something with peaches that I don't love :in-love:
-
The only way I generally like peaches is when it is peach cobbler; love it warm with vanilla ice cream on top!!!!
-
I like fresh peaches best. I will however eat them cooked but my preference is fresh.
-
I like both. Fresh peaches are not the real thing when sold in grocery stores. Fresh are the ones that you pull from the trees without all the pesticides they use to grow big peaches.
-
Cooked peaches are okay in a cobbler or pie but I prefer to eat my peaches fresh or canned. There is nothing like a sweet peach
-
I like both since they both still taste great no matter which form its at.
-
Fresh
-
I like raw peaches. They are so sweet and have a decent texture to them. Cooking them just kinds ruins it.
-
I like fresh because you can control how fast they ripen. I think cooked peaches are way to sweet
-
Iblove fresh peaches. I would cut them ip and freeze them and make smoothes with them.
